I arrived at 9:55 (they're supposed to be open from 9:00), and at 10:10 nobody had arrived. I left. The location is far from where I live, I'm not wasting anymore of my time with this company. So many Fresno small businesses like this are ran like a hobby and not a real business. Stop wasting people's time. I ended up going to Secure It New on Blackstone and Bullard. The price was reasonable, people there are nice and they stick to their posted hours of operation. They fixed all 4 rims in about 4 hours. Excellent work.

They were also willing to hold the car a few days for us to make arrangements to get it picked up and even helped get the stereo out of the car for my son free of charge. I really appreciate all their help and will definitely be taking my other cars to them for service. So I haven't taken my cars back since my last review because the quoted I got from these guys ended up being pretty pricey and for work that didn't necessarily need to be done. I still appreciate the guys at the front desk but can't afford to take my cars here.

Bought 4 used tires from this place a couple weeks ago. At first they could only find 3 of the…read moresize I wanted and tried to sell me a different size for the 4th one and claim it was the same thing. I pressed for them all to be the same size or Id pass on buying any. Eventually they decided to actually look for the 4th tire in the size I wanted and found it. They were all different brands which is no big deal, but they claimed they all are really good tires and have around 70% tread still. Well.... I've had air pressure issues in all 4 of them since I got them. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Today I drove for about 10 minutes before one of my back tires went flat. The tread completely separated from the tire walls. They sold me a bad tire. I've barely driven on them since I bought them. So I pulled over to changed the tire and what do ya know... I must mention I also paid a lot to have them fix 2 of my wheel studs. The guy spent 10 minutes trying to change the stud by whacking my brakes with a hammer or something until he realized they weren't coming loose because the E-brake was up. At one point I had to go question him about why he was doing that and expressed how I hoped he wasn't damaging anything. Anyway, the wheel studs happened to be on the same wheel with the bad tire. We were also short a lug nut so they took it upon themselves to replace it with a nut that required a different size tool to remove instead of just leaving it as is. I wasn't aware of this. So when I went to change my tire i couldn't because I didn't have the tool to remove that one nut. I had to drive home 5 miles on a completely torn apart flat tire just so I could change to a spare tire. Now I know used tires don't have warranties but this was clearly a bad tire they sold me without a doubt. I called anyway to see if they'd maybe have good customer service and make it right but nope. I was offered a possible small discount on another used tire that may or may not have the same issue. Who knows? I don't recommend this place unless you are willing to risk having the experience I had.

Called around to get my battery tested, (older BMWs are not serviced at many general shops I…read morelearned) most corporate stores around town gave me an enormous price if the battery in fact would need replacement. Some basically said tough luck. So when we called & they said "sure no problem & if it's bad we can do it for $xxx!" I had to ask three times to tell them it's a '13 B-M-W. Skeptical I went they said I could walk in at 3pm that day (2hours from call) showed up, big guy (like me) wrote us up & gave us an estimate. Told us the basics on what they will do. As a walk in on a Saturday, just seeing us was appreciated. After the testing Oscar told us what the battery was reading & explained all our options-like VERY thoroughly. We didn't need need one, but it's left us stranded twice in a couple of months. So we decided to be on the safe side & replace it. No here's why others shops refused us.. BMW requires the new battery to be "registered"? To the vehicle. Oscar did have some problems getting ito do that. But he came in & explained the situation. All in all Oscar did get it fixed- did it take some time,yes- but as a walk in what do you expect? He was great very concerned and explained to me that the engine light was on & told me I had to drive it for some miles. & guess what?, after 20 miles it turned off. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this place! Now to all you who do walk ins, remember you are a walk in, so be patient (in reference to the past reviews) THANK YOU TEAM!!!
