They were on time every day--sometimes even early--and never rushed the process, making sure everything was exactly to our liking. Some of our materials arrived later than expected, but Elias stayed on top of it and continued following up with the company. As soon as the materials arrived, they finished our stairs right away, even though they already had another job scheduled. I also really appreciated that Elias personally stopped by to make sure we were happy with the work. We want to thank the entire team for their hard work--especially Rafael, Jason, and Damian. I initially found Zenith because I had a last-minute cancellation from another flooring contractor, so i was in a quick scramble to get my floors done within my timeline, or I wouldn't have time to do them at all before moving in. Paul was willing to jump on it only 2 days later and at a very fair price. He had my color in stock, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what he said he would. It was a 2-day install; day 1 was floor grinding, color, and paint chips. Day 2 was the top coat. There were a few spots where the base coat didn't take to the concrete perfectly (not their fault, 50yr old slab), and he paused our day 2 and personally came out over the weekend to touch up those few spots before applying the top coat. Top-notch service, HIGHLY recommended. It's clear that Paul cares about his business. I've worked with many contractors over the course of my home renovation, some great, some terrible, and Paul is in the "great" category! I'll gladly refer Paul and his team to anyone who asks.

The provided the best value and Gilbert, the project manager was able to provide me with an instance quote as he had already pulled the satellite imagery for my house. He was very professional and answered all my initial questions and even provided me with recommendations on underlayment to use, of which he had a sample to provide. During the project the office kept me updated and provided me quickly with answers to my questions. Karen, Briana and the rest of the team were very helpful and highly professional. Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa.
