What's the largest size of human do they cremate?

Don't use this company! They are awful!

So is the fee from the government for death certificate included in your quote for direct cremation or is it extra?

The cremation was prepaid. When he went into the nursing home after his heart failure he was in really bad shape. I wanted to get this predone, so I did it. He ended up in the home for 3 years, so all of that was done. At the time of his death they…

About finding cremation plans and urns?

Yes, they can help with that. Very well informed staff Z

    How much does it Cost?

It cost me 650.00 and 21.00 for each death cert. The county charges 25.00 so tulip gives you a 4 dollar discount on each certificate

When my mother passed, I was facing one of the hardest weeks of my life, made even more complicated by the fact that my wife is due to give birth in less than two weeks and we live across the country. I needed help, and I needed it fast to get back to my wife. Reuben and the team at Colma Cremation & Funeral Services did not just meet the moment. They rose above it. Reuben is one of the kindest human beings I have ever had the privilege to work with. Not "funeral industry kind." Genuinely, deeply kind. On extremely limited notice, they expedited everything: they arranged a viewing before the cremation, completed the cremation itself, and got the death certificate and my mother's ashes into my hands faster than I ever thought possible. Every single step was handled with care, compassion, and total professionalism. What truly set them apart was the responsiveness. Any question I had, I could simply text Reuben and get a prompt, thoughtful reply. During a time when so much feels out of your control, that kind of steady, reliable communication meant the world. I lack the words to fully express my gratitude. If you are searching for people who will treat your loved one, and you, with genuine kindness and respect, look no further. I recommend Colma Cremation & Funeral Services from the absolute bottom of my heart. Thank you, Reuben. Thank you to your entire team.

Losing a parent is incredibly hard, but they handled everything with such a high level of dignity and grace that it truly eased some of the burden for us. Communication: From the very first call, I felt heard and supported. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. The Process: I found their approach to be very modern, transparent, and straightforward. There was never any pressure or "salesy" feeling, just genuine empathy and a focus on what my mother and our family needed. The Memorial: They helped us navigate the details for her memorial with so much respect. Everything was handled professionally, allowing us to focus on honoring her memory rather than worrying about the logistics. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I also really appreciated the honesty in their business model. I know it could technically be cheaper if they did every single thing in-house, but they intentionally use outside sources for certain steps to ensure everything is handled by specialists. I actually felt like I got more value this way because I knew I was getting the best possible care at every stage. It's also worth noting for other families that they don't have an embalming service; they focus purely on a dignified, natural process which was exactly what we wanted for my mom. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Customer service: 5/5 Value: 3.5/5 Execution: 5/5 From a service standpoint, they excellent. The team is available 24 hours via phone and text. For the majority of my work with them, they were extremely responsive, had good pass downs between shifts and team members, and worked to meet all our needs and timelines. They never pressured us into anything or upsold us. They just wanted to support whatever we needed. My family needed an expedited cremation and memorial all within a week of my family member passing and Honor Cremations was able to make that happen and get the paperwork done with the county in that timeframe. Honor's paid casket option was cheaper than other crematories and was a very nice, presentable casket. Honor does not embalm in house but has embalming providers they can work with. The only reason I would hesitate to select Honor again is because other crematories were more cost effective (up to $1000 cheaper for our package selections), but Honor did what they could to reduce costs and provide flexible options and offerings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others if service and empathy is a top priority.

We came here for my grandma who passed from covid19 Dec 2021 since we were recommended as this was a sudden death cost and this place was said to be CHEAP. Apparently, you get what you paid for. Initially, everything was promised and a pretty picture was painted to getting the tombstone done etc. Fast forward, months later (nearly half a year) POST-burial..we check, and no photo or inscriptions written on the tombstone. We are already going through so much torment during this period. Yet we had to constantly call them asking many times to follow up, and they had the audacity to yell at us, & ignore our calls. Half-done job (months later), and then tell us they don't want to do it anymore and give us some money back. Really? We told them that we need receipts to claim for covid19 burial services, yet its almost been half a year, and they are still ignoring us and so I cant proceed with the claims. Still waiting now, and still getting hung up on the calls by Cynthia Yang (director). Very shady & unprofessional service. Don't come here. They might have some tax fraud going on, so they won't give us proper receipts. Now we are worried about retaliation, yet I believe this is something righteous to do and everyone should be able to see the truth to make a well informed decisions for their loved ones. If I could turn back time, I rather pay double the cost and not come to this place. If I could give this place negative stars, it is what represent their business.
