My daughter enjoyed this bus, and the employees that came and ran it were fantastic. It came as an addition to the preschool where you could have the option once a week to go on the tumble gym bus for 30min to an hour (im not really sure how long) with all the other kids that also signed up for it. It was great because my daughter always looked forward to it and for her particular school it always came on Friday morning so I'd use this as motivation to get her pumped about going to school/ getting ready. However it oftentimes didn't show up. Though we were billed monthly the same amount each time and it was supposed to be for 4 sessions a month, in the entire time my daughter was there, some months it only came once or twice, and most it seemed like 3x a month. I can remember many many times where for whatever reason it didn't show up and my daughter would be so bummed out, in the end she stopped counting on it being there even though it was supposed to be there every Friday. Granted, sometimes the bus broke down (beyond their control), or the school had a function (such as a parade) where the head of school would cancel it that day but most of the times it wasn't there seemed for no reason at all, as well as never a notification or email about it. Basically the low review is because of how unreliable the bus was at coming, a sentiment shared by two other moms at the school who also canceled it for this reason. I finally decided to cancel it too, and after repeated phone calls with no answer I decided to log into my account online to cancel it, only to find out there is no option to delete my credit card information stored (only modify it to another working CC), and no option at all to cancel my membership. They make it so easy to do everything online except cancel. Kind of like Direct TV. For a cheap stupid gym bus membership. Really? So annoyed with the way this place was ran. read more

This all started out my 2 yr old daughter watching wheels on the bus on you tube. I didn't know what to do for her 2nd birthday and I thought if we have party buses why not the little tots?!!! I decided to look it up and of course someone has this idea already. I called Jaime and she was extremely helpful and professional. She even called me to remind me the day before. Ok, so her bday party was at callan swim school and I thought this was a great idea to have the bus there after swimming and gives us parents time to eat while hey play on the bus. The kids were so amazed with the bus they were all silent for 5 minutes. Not only Jaime was there she had her assistant as well (kamarria). The bus was clean and safe for the kids to play on. The team had games and were actually interacting with the kids which I was totally surprised. Most places they just let the kids roam free and ignore the tots....not them. They made sure the kids were having fun and us adults had time to enjoy the food instead of scarfing it down our throats. Yes it may seem pricey but well worth it!!! Why drive your kids to tumbling classes?! Get a bunch of friends together and have the bus come to you!! I arranged for the Tumble Gym Bus to conduct weekly classes for our neighborhood kids and it's been a big hit! For over a year, Ms. Jamie and her crew have come to teach my kids and their buddies - a block from our house! The kids always have a great time and I get a break to chat w/ other moms. The TGB has very competivitive prices too - it's actually cheaper than classes at nearby Gyminny Kids and I don't have to drive! Why wait for a birthday to have the bus come?! Find 15 kids and have parents all chip in to have the bus come...just for the heck of it. Ms. Jamie has come on Friday evenings too so parents can have a happy *two* hours while the kids are entertained and confined on the bus. It's a win win! We had a FIVE STAR experience with the Tumble Gym Bus and the entire staff. Due to a shift in the weather forecast five days before my sons second birthday party, we were in a bind and needed something to replace the outdoor bounce house FAST. I had seen the Tumble Gym Bus while driving around SD so I did some research on Google, and bam - found them on Yelp. I was immediately encouraged by the all of the five star reviews, so I gave them a call. The gal who booked our party was an absolute sweetheart. I had the rained out birthday party 'saved' within a five minute booking call. Easy!!! The bus arrived to our home ten minutes before the party, and had kids lined up waiting to get inside as the girls got everything set up :) And the girls who staffed the bus that morning were fantastic!! We had about 15-20 kids here for my sons birthday party and every single parent pulled me aside or texted me after the party about how much fun their child had on the bus!!! It was so worth it, getting to see all of the fun my son was having while romping around and playing with his friends! Mrs. Jamie provided organized physical activities for the kids to participate in and each and every one had a blast. She went out of her way to make my son feel special by making him the center of attention! With the kids on the bus under excellent supversion my husband and I were actually free to socialize with our adult guests and have uninterrupted conversations! My kids go to a local Montessori pre-school and on Wednesdays comes the big green Tumble Gym Bus! My 4 year old son can hardly wait for Wednesdays, gets a big smile when I ask him if he knows what day it is...Wednesday! When he was smaller, he was asking what the kids who go there do in the bus in the parking lot after school. He was sad he didn't get to go because the other kids also talked about how much fun it was. So we went and found out. I just had my son's 3rd birthday party with the Tumble Gym Bus! It was fantastic and super easy! They pulled up and the kids went crazy. We choose to have a cars and truck theme. The Tumble Gym Bus provided all the cute costumes for our themed party! How adorable and EASY was that! The kids were contained inside the bus and entertained all at once!! All I provided was the food and drinks; however the Tumble Gym Bus does have a different package with snacks and drinks too. This is the second time I have used The Tumble Gym Bus for a kid's birthday party. I prefer the Tumble Gym Bus to a bounce house because it is safer for the kids and they seem to enjoy it just as much as the bounce house. When they're two or three tumbling around inside a giant bus is quite the thrill. The Tumble Gym Bus makes the kid's birthday party more relaxing for the adults. They have great staff who supervise the children and lead them in tumbling exercises. The staff is excellent with the young children. My youngest was too shy to go on the bus when it arrived for his third birthday party but the Tumble Gym Bus staff did a fantastic job of making him feel comfortable and eventually coaxed him on. My husband and I are both licensed childcare providers. We have had our daycare business for almost ten years.
