I have been a customer of Kohl's for many years. They used to have such great prices, and a very…read moregenerous coupon policy....and then, new Corporate Management came along and decided to F*ck that up! Well the result was, business took a complete nose dive for a few years. But seriously, we were able to use discount codes on top of already discounted items and clearance items. We were able to use discount coupons on designer goods also! Then....all that changed, and there were strict restrictions on what you could or couldn't use the discounts on. Times are rough and people are hurting. These coupon restrictions really hurt the customers, and ultimately hurt Kohl's in return! Not a very smart move on their part! Fast forward to 2025/2026 and new Corporate Management lifted some (not all) of the discount coupon restrictions...and some of their customers came back! Imagine that! So kudos to Kohl's for correcting their mistakes. Your customers appreciate it! Also note that Kohl's will have a "Deal Bar", coming soon to all stores! It will be located in front of the store; offering various items for $10 or less! Can't wait to see what they'll be offering! They will also have a "Deal Bar" online, with deals for $5 or less. This Jericho locations is usually great. The floor space is large and well organized. My only complaint is that there are never enough cashiers (usually only one or two cashiers). There are self checkout registers though. But these days, I mostly order online and do online pickup. Folks, this is a game changer! Not only do you not over-shop and buy things you shouldn't; you just show up, pickup your package and leave! No lines, no waiting! I must say, their online pickup area is usually well maintained and it's easy to find your package. There have been a few times that I couldn't find my pkg but there's usually someone around who can help you. So kudos to Kohl's for making a comeback! Keep those coupons coming.... especially those 40% off coupons! Hahaha MVP!

WATCH OUT -- SCAM EXPERIENCE…read more I did a Louis Vuitton perfume refill at the Roosevelt Field location and my perfume literally does not last more than 5 minutes. It smells watery and completely different from the original fragrance. The refill process itself took almost 10 minutes even though I still had perfume left in the bottle. Something felt very off. I paid over $220 plus tax for this refill and it is complete garbage. No longevity at all. They also gave me only 2 tiny samples after spending all that money, and the customer service was horrible. Today I'm going to the Louis Vuitton/Bloomingdale's location in Manhattan to have them check what is going on because this does not feel normal at all. Do not purchase perfume refills from this location until they explain what happened.

I walk in the store and I'm greeted by John. I told him I'm looking for a classic bag for my wedding anniversary. He brings out two bags with a beautiful red interior liner. I said my wife is going to want the traditional liner but let's give her the final option. Not a problem sir, I'll order the traditional bag and when you come in, I'll show her all three bags. Now my sons are telling me to give her the gift the day of our anniversary. Nope. I know Mrs S and want her to make the final choice. John is texting me, the bag is in, see you Saturday. I take my wife out for lunch and then tell her I have a surprise. We walk into LV and meet with John. He shows all of the bags and guess what she picked? The classic interior. LV also offers a free monogram on the bag. My wife gave the bag back and we waited while they performed the branding. Another nice salesperson full of smiles comes to my wife and presents to her the final product. The end result? My wife is crying in the store. I told her, our oldest is getting married this year and it's our anniversary? Nothing but good times over the next few months so happy early anniversary. I'm a guy who bought my wife an anniversary gift. No one cares about the car I drive or where I live on Long Island. Free your mind from nonsense and focus on positivity. The salespeople aren't judgmental, I found them to be quite helpful. As far as the Yelp Duke?? Keep on checking in and purchasing nothing.

It was pretty impressive to step into this store with its beautiful interior view and also how tidy and kept up the store is. A three-level floor with a decent selection and a lot of those products and items that look so tempting to buy, be aware. Decision-making was tough for the most part, seeing the quality and design of it all coming down to the price. Of course, that's how it goes, unfortunately. It was pretty easy to locate where each of the departments was, along also with a sign indicating where it is, specifically located at an escalator, showing each level of the named departments. It definitely helps not to get lost in the store. The highlight of the store I'd say is the furniture department, looking well organized along with a large variety to choose from, which makes you want to spend a lot of time exploring. Also, they provide Forty Carrots, famous for their frozen yogurts plus smoothies, salads, sandwiches, and other drinks and desserts. They provide sit-down as a plus.
