The salon is really cool space for guys to go and be guys but it's not a grunge spot so ladies are welcome! I don't recommend this place at all. Waited for a haircut for over an hour while the A/C wasn't working. 3 people got their haircuts after I already arrived and I was given no explanation as to why. Complete wait of time, go to a different barber. read more

The concept is great... men's cuts.. free drinks. The stylists (not even barbers) are on par with Great Clips or Sports Clips and definitely not worth $20+ for a raggedy cut. I mean learn to fade!! The employees never look like they want to be at work & are never dressed very presentable. Take your money to a real barber shop. read more

I've been here in the past and they did great haircuts and just recently came again and it was fantastic! Above average for their normal standard for the cut as well as customer service and they were quick and efficient! Hubby went in for a haircut, beard trim and nose wax. Saw him two hours later as he walked out with a hair trim only. What the heck? When I asked why his beard wasn't trimmed up he said the lady just didn't do it- completely ignored the ticket given to her as to what services she was to do and he wasn't going to beg her to do it. Damn. The place was DEAD, only two people were working. Look, there is no issue for waiting your turn in line to get a decent haircut but when you can't even do your job and follow instructions that were given to you by the receptionist- we have problems. The thing that pisses me off the most was that I called to make sure these things could be done for him! Won't be returning ever again. Was great. Not sure if what exactly has changed... took my 16 year old twice, in the last few months. First time he got razor burn from the clippers. Tried someone new second time. Was not only not what we asked for but was a terrible cut. My husband tried them, too. It was the worst cut he's had in the nearly 20 years we've been married. Beyond inexperienced and not open to listen - it was an uneven HACK job. Have learned out lesson(s). Well, I now know where I'm going. Now I understand why women drink a salon. Jackie took care of me. The drinks are a plus, but the atmosphere is the real winner for me. I am going to make a change from here. The staff seems to constantly change and they ask questions without listening to the answers. In my case I didn't want any gell but asked for hairspray, my sideburns are very uneven and he only trimmed one eyebrow. Not worth the trouble and constant reminders to get a haircut done right. I was hookng the hair cut would be worth my mone. it was $28 plus a $10 dolla tip. I paid in advance, because my two sons were in the car. One being my baby who was sleepin. So I paid and went into the car, and sent My 15 year old in. I trusted that they would take good care of my sons head. There sign says Good hair cuts aren't cheap. I paid a full $38 , and I expect a $38 hair cut. I have seen barber students cut better hair than this Dina that had the Audacity to mess up my sons head and put her name on the card and asked to leave a review on yelp. So I'm leaving one. I will not be going back. I work hard for my money. This was straight highway robber. The top of his head was uneven and looked choppy, and his edge up wasnt clean and you can see where she lost control of the clippers. On the right side it's boxed and on the left it in looks curved because she went to far on the line up. read more

Staff is friendly but they don't know how to cut hair. I came in with a picture of how I would like my hair to be cut. I had long hair and the picture also had along sleek look pulled back hair style. She asked how much you want it cut from the top I said half a inch. First time at this location and will be the last. Went in for a haircut and eyebrow wax. She didn't ask if it was ok or didn't hand me the hand mirror. When I got home and noticed that the back part of my hair was not cut right, no fade, just horrible and I had to fix my eyebrows at home because they weren't done right as well. This place is just "ok". No different than Sports Clips except that it's more expensive. As far as drinks, for one thing, they never have beer. When they do have beer it's crappy cheap beer. And they don't even ask if you want a drink anymore. They try to make it a "manly" style type of place but they fall quite short. Also the music they play is awful. I hope the owner takes advice from customers, if so here's a free insight, Rap Music is not universal! How about changing it up. Some men, "real men" have a diversified music palette. How about some rock music every now and then. Also, I've been here a few times, and if it wasn't for my stylist I wouldn't come here at all. I walked in with my 4 year old son, I could clearly see that there we two stylists who each had a client. The lady behind the counter looked up at me and I asked her how long the wait was. She said there are only 2 stylists and rudely told me that the rules for children's cut was listed below. I briefly read the instructions and then asked her if the stylists mind cutting a child's hair and she rudely said "well those are the rule and the cut is $18.95". I told her that he has had his hair cut there before and I could read the rules. She rolled her eyes and I said we will go someplace else. Don't bother coming here during the week. It's a nice concept, and I've had a good experience on the weekends, but it's the most infuriating thing in the world when you know what time a business closes and you rush across town from work to make it on time, yet you arrive to discover that they closed early. I was physically blocked at the door this evening at exactly 6:47 pm by a very rude lady who said nothing more than, "It's 7 o'clock." I remained polite and showed her the time on my phone, but she shook her head and said, "Its 7:00!" What I can't adequately describe is the contemptible way she said it, as if she also wanted to make me feel stupid for walking up so shortly before closing. (I had even had a conversation with my stylist on my previous visit to ask what time they stopped taking people, and she assured me kindly that you are welcome to come in right up until close. Evidently that's only true depending on who's in charge that day.) One thing is for sure, I will never come back. As I walked away from the door in disbelief, I looked back once more toward the window. The lady jabbed a finger up at the darkened "closed" sign and mouthed once more, "it's 7!" read more
