Completely unacceptable behavior from anyone representing a business. Quality: If quality actually mattered here, it sure didn't show. Great haircuts, drinks, and customer service. Aliana thy name is Tune-Up. I live near the area, and was driving all the way to the med-center to get my haircuts, since I had a barber there for years. Didn't want to make the far drive, and found this salon, and am definitely making it my go-to. On my first visit, I made an appointment online with any stylist. Once I arrived to the location, the girl working the front was incredibly friendly. She offered me any complimentary drink, and they have various liquors, mix-ins, beer, and wine options. Pretty impressive ,and its always fun to have a buzz while they buzz your hair. The girl working the bar is very nice, and offers good conversation while you wait. My hair-cut provider ended up being Karen. She was super sweet. I am not a picky person, and I merely told her that my hair looked like a mess, and I was eager to look like a normal human being again. Karen made me a human, and even washed my hair, and gave me the good ol' hot towel on the face treatment. I've now gone back a few times, and am always left satisfied. Good prices as well! I had high hopes about this place and forced my hubby to switch from him regular place to here. My husband went there today and not only was the service bland, unlike the reviews, he is now finishing his own shave. This place definitely doesn't live up to the hype. But we said, ok maybe she's good so we waited. She took forever to cut his hair and made a horrible mess. The haircut ended up with One side longer than either, puffy and uneven. . Laura at the front desk has been very professional, friendly and attentive at all times when you are sitting at the bar.
