Looking closely at each product, the quality seemed to be better than other counterparts- each looked fluffier, less greasy, and a bit more sophisticated in presentation. I got - BLB (Bo Lo Bao): Crunchy cookie crust on soft bun. - Crispy cream: Crispy sweet topping on soft bao - Chestnut Bao - Sugar donut - Egg tart Buns are very pillowy. The taste was "milk forward", no detectable butter flavor, which makes their aftertaste light & healthy. I found that the texture is a bit drier than I preferred. We liked Chestnut Bao. The most controversial part of the cake is the little black sesame cubes on the top of the cake. These undeniably have more black sesame flavor but lean towards the drier side. I wish they were a bit more moist but still the black sesame flavor is nice. Price: I do find cakes here on the pricier side and while the flavors are unique, there's a lot of competition with other Asian bakeries where you can get a pretty similar flavor profile for cheaper.
