Luckily I caught them out late this weekend.

The hafa adai here is in full effect. The food is bomb and the owners are chill. I also scooped up a jar of the denanche and it was nice and spicey just the way I like it. I always look forward to grabbing a plate.

Came across Tunu Fixx at a school event and saw that it was Guamanian food so we had to give it a try. We ordered the Combo Plate which came with BBQ Chicken, Smoked Pork Belly, Red Rice, Pickled Slaw and Fina Denne. Food is made to order so there was a bit of a wait. We took the food to go. The portions were decent. The hot links had a good kick. The chicken was flavorful and had a good char. Pork Belly was good as well. The plate came with a lot of red rice. The taste was a little different than what I'm used to. It was ok. The slaw went well with the meats as well as the fina denne. There aren't that many spots that serve up this kind of food so it was nice to see their truck out there!

Tunu Fixxx is a food truck that specializes in Guamanian food. We finally had a chance to stop by this food truck Friday early afternoon. On Fridays, this food truck is located at the Centennial Hills Hospital parking lot. The intersections are Deer Springs and North Durango Drive. Their menu was relatively small. We ended up selecting the Gadao (Combo) Plate for $24.00. This plate meal included the pork belly, chicken thigh, and hot link. There was only one other custom ahead of us. It was hot out, around 110 degrees, but Tunu Fixx had a few seats and shade available while you wait for the food. The team members also offered us complimentary waters and empanadas to try out which was nice! We brought our Gadao order home to eat. The food was amazing! The pork belly flavor and texture was good. The hot link was really spicy though, but still scrumptious! The red rice had a nice subtle flavor to it and the consistency was great. There was a dessert provided, it seemed like it was ube butter mochi, but not sure! I'd highly recommend this food truck if you're in the Centennial Hills area!

We visited for our first time and loved the Hafa Adai spirit we received. The owner was friendly and was welcoming. Delicious food!! We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place

Located in the parking lot of the Centennial Hills Medical Plaza (6850 North Durango Las Vegas Nevada 89149), the Guam flag atop the food truck serves as a beacon for one and all to come try the Tunu Fixx food offerings. Always one to support local small businesses and especially one of a fellow islander, this was a trek easily made. There was a lot of parking available and thankfully the weather was cooperating too. Service was very friendly and prompt. The family/owners were engaging and truly appreciate you as a customer. Ordered the Gadao plate, and it was onolicious! The pork belly, though, deserves two thumbs up!!! Unfortunately, they were out of empanadas, but that would be an incentive for a return visit. Also looking forward to additional items to be added to the menu as it's currently on the modest side. Overall, Guamanian style bbq at its best!

    Guam FOOOOOOOOD!!!! Tunu Fixxx....

Food is good. Took me back to Guam chamorro village nights on Wednesday's. Good times in Guam from January of 98 to September of 2001. Stationed there on the USS FRANK CABLE. Looked up to see were this Food Truck was going to be and made the drive to check out Tunu Fixxx. Didn't disappoint. Literally flashback to those Wednesday nights. Chicken has Great flavor, red rice on point, chicken kelaguen was good. Had a great talk with James the owner about Guam and Las Vegas. Down to earth guy. If you are in town come check out Tunu fixxx get you some Guam BBQ . You guys will like it. If you have ever been to Guam, his food will make you miss Guam and the good times you had there. ENJOY

Hafa adai! The food is awesome! Hubby and I shared a plate and secretly wished I didn't! Had the bbq chicken plate, side of hot links, dinanche sauce and of course finadene! Food is great! Will come again.

I was heartbroken. I happily arrived the minute they had been there and I was 3rd in line. I felt unfairly treated as what seemed like friends got their food faster than me, especially a man, 4th in line, got his food with two free drinks without asking. Whats more, a random lady also walked in the food truck and got a plate. A customer had to leave because I believe no one took his order after 30 min of waiting. The food was great! The price was fair. I loved eating their food because it reminded me of home on Guam. James, the man on the grill, was polite and friendly. The order that the food was given out by the other workers was messed up. Nonetheless, I would recommend even after waiting an hour and a half.

I live in the northwest and I'm so glad to have great Chamorro food so close to home! I come here once a week, sometimes more - it's that good!! You won't be disappointed trying it for your first time, especially to support a local business!

We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable.

We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, the green chile burrito, and fries with their delicious seasoned fries served with both the 303 sauce and garlic aioli for dipping. Unlike many food trucks that can be hard to track down, you always know exactly where to find them when the craving hits. If you're looking for something different that's packed with flavor, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

It's located in the parking lot of Walgreens and Lee's Discount Liquor. Cross streets are Farm and Durango, off of the N-95 and Durango exit. The hours are different based on the season. During winter, the hours are between 2:00 P.M - 6:00 P.M. During late spring and summer, the hours shift to later in the evening. Parking can be a little difficult. I'd recommend parking towards the Walgreens as the Food Trucks are situated in the parking lot next to Lee's Discount Liquor and there can be a lot of traffic in that location. Typically every week, there are a variety of different food trucks. When I had gone last Saturday, 1/9 the following food trucks were available Picanha Steak Truck Maize St. Street Kings lv Meats Gone Wild Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe @Hot Diggity Dog Churros 101 The Cookie Bar This time, we decided to pick up goodies from the following locations - Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe - Chicken Tenders, French Fries and a bottle of water - $11.00. The chicken tenders were okay. It was slightly overcooked and the chicken was dry. French Fries were thin and salty. Street Kings LV - Fried Chicken, French Fries, Chimichurri sauce - Approximately $10.00. Wow! Some of the best French Fries! The combination of all of the different ingredients was phenomenal. I'd recommend eating this inside your car instead of traveling with it. This will allow the food to stay fresh. The Cookie Bar - A variety of different cookies from chocolate chip, apple cider, and a few others! - $20. Some of the cookies are infused with alcohol, so make sure to check out the description for each cookie before buying. @Hot Diggity Dog - Their pulled pork sandwich, which was approximately $10.00. This was good, quite filling. The pulled pork needed extra seasonings though. The meat didn't have too much flavor. The BBQ sauce on-top was a good addition. I love the food truck Frenzy. We've already frequented the Churros 101 and Picanha Steak Truck, both are really scrumptious. I haven't had a bad meal yet at either! If you're in the Centennial area on a Saturday afternoon, you should check out Food Truck Frenzy!
