I've heard a lot of hype and seen a lot of Instagram reels on this place, and I will say it did not disappoint. We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable. read more

It's a little pricier than your average food truck, but the portions are very filling and the unique flavors make it well worth the cost. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, the green chile burrito, and fries with their delicious seasoned fries served with both the 303 sauce and garlic aioli for dipping. Every bite was absolutely mouthwatering, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. One thing I really appreciate is that they're consistently located in the hospital parking lot. Unlike many food trucks that can be hard to track down, you always know exactly where to find them when the craving hits. First time stopping by. I've seen them several times as they park at Centennial Hospital. They are down by Durango & Deer Springs. The service, sadly I don't remember the guys name, there were two of them in the trailer and both were super friendly. Very happy to see you and answer any questions you may have. I only have one question now; how do you make the food taste so amazing. I got the Green Chili Burrito which was amazing. One of the best I've had, the chicken was wow. The crinkle cut fries, yum, cooked to perfection. The chicken Philly, same smoked chicken and cheese mixed in, also amazing. The prices are not bad, with fries you are looking at about $18 - $19 per dish but you will be full as the portions are definitely worth the price. As for ambiance, the trailer is cool and it's amazing they can make such great tasting food in a small trailer but there is no place to sit so everything is made to go. If you want to eat there, bring your on chair or sit in or in your car. Little one was craving a churro, so we stopped here to grab one since it's closer than Costco. They're 2 for $6, which worked out perfectly. The churros were hot, crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle rolled in cinnamon and sugar...for an extra $3 you get it in the cut style which I presume it's with chocolate sauce and whip cream. My rating is purely on one item only which is FANTASTIC. It's the tiramisu and one of my favorites in the entire valley! I had read about it in another review and so I ventured to go try it myself. Currently, it's $13.50 for the dessert, but wow - the portion is big! For two people, we enjoyed the dessert over two days. First day - we cut a 1/4 for each and the same the next day. The mascarpone is really nice - light and creamy. The ladyfingers have a great espresso flavor and was moist - perfect. The chocolate was also the right amount. What I tasted in a scoop of all the components is the perfect blend of coffee, cream and chocolate. It's divine. I can't wait to go get another piece! read more

Just had a baby and saw that this spot was in the same parking lot of the hospital . Ended up getting a chicken burrito , green chiles on the side and cheese steak fries . I was super sleep deprived and the workers were super friendly and were able to make the accommodations I asked for . The burrito was super flavorful while the fries were very fresh and had a great spice to them . Both cost around 24$ before tip. To feed two and make is beyond full I think it's very reasonable . The burrito was great, had great flavors and the sauces were super good. It is a lot of food with the loaded fries so do recommend to share. The dirty dog was also good but again it was a lot. After seeing so many mouthwatering Tiramisu reels on Instagram, I knew I had to bump 303 In the Cut to the top of my list. Though it's not the closest spot to me, its convenient location near the 215 (and away from the Strip) made it an easy choice. I arrived around 7:15 PM, and there was already a line about six people deep. It was 46 degrees outside, but I decided to brave the cold, hoping it would be worth it. The food truck is actually a trailer and a bit on the small side, with only two people working--one taking orders and the other behind the grill. The wait was a bit long, as they took three orders at a time, filled them, and then moved on to the next. Luckily, the two people ahead of me were just ordering dessert, so they were served quickly. They also mentioned that if you're only ordering dessert or drinks, you can skip the line and go straight to the window. When it was my turn, I went all in and ordered their top picks: the Green Chili Burrito, Crackin' Chicken Fries, and, of course, the Tiramisu. My total came to around $50, but it was enough food for two or three meals. The Green Chili Burrito was delicious--flavorful without being too spicy, and the smoked chicken added a nice touch. The Crackin' Chicken Fries reminded me of a spicy chicken sandwich, but served over crispy fries instead of bread. And the Tiramisu? Absolutely decadent--super creamy with just the right balance of rum, coffee, and chocolate. It was the kind of dessert that makes you keep coming back for more. I've never been in a bad mood while eating food. After seeing all the social media marketing they put out, my family and I decided to try it. We walk up to the truck and the person on the register wasn't even engaging with customers, a quick "Hello! First time trying?" wouldn't have hurt. We got 2x Philly cheesesteaks, side of 303 fries, and their cheesecake. The "Philly Cheesesteak" didn't have any flavor, all you really taste was the cheese they mixed in after chopping the meat. They claim it's on a hoagie roll but the size of a $13 Philly was the size of a hotdog bun. I also asked for fries with one of the Philly's which was ($4.50) but ended up being charged as a whole side ($6.50). Our grand total was $58.10 after tipping $5.00 Cheesecake saved them from a 1 Star, 2 Stats at the most. We ordered the smothered green chilli burrito, Fried chicken fries, and the cheesecake in the cut style. Green chilli burrito had a really good flavor, loved the chilli verde, but wasn't smothered like we ordered. I also got no beans so there wasn't a whole lot to the burrito for the price. I've seen wayyyyy too many instagram posts about this food truck and I finally had the chance last night to check them out. Located in the far southwest corner of Centennial Hospital's parking lot ... they were parked next to another beverage food truck. Monday night around 7 pm was apparently a non busy time because only one other person was waiting for their food order. Approaching the truck we were greeted by an apparent employee who was unusually reluctant to describe the choices we were inquiring about. We were ordering the green chile burrito however when asking what "smothered" meant she simply said it's smothered. I asked smothered in what she said just smothered. I asked it again. What am I paying for if I order smothered and now she said green chile sauce. When I asked, it's a green chile burrito isn't there green chile in it and she said yes, but you can get it smothered in green chile sauce. I don't know who was more confused !!! We ended up getting it non smothered and also ordered the Philly fries for $18 and a slice of cheesecake. Honestly for $18 that was outrageously crazy. You get a box full of seasoned fries with a handful of chopped meat with sausage and peppers which were hardly visible. The burrito was just OK not memorable in my humble opinion. And the cheesecake? I'm not sure why nutmeg is either in the crust or in the cheesecake, but it gives it quite an unusual flavor. I was excited to try this food truck, but honestly, it left me wondering why the hype. PS ... I opted to pay cash and the total came to $51.83 I believe. The server punched it into a computer and flipped the screen around to show me that I gave her $60 in cash and how much tip would I like to leave and what would my change be from the $60. Everything I had here was so hot, fresh, and jam packed with flavor. The popular green chile burrito with the house sauce is seriously unlike any other burrito you'll have! The flavors just compliment each other so well. And, honestly, my personal favorite was the philly cheesesteak! I'm not going to lie, it's hard for me to find a place sometimes that serves a good Philly cheesesteak but this one was probably my favorite one I've had in Vegas so far.
