    The 303 trailer

First time stopping by. I've seen them several times as they park at Centennial Hospital. They are down by Durango & Deer Springs. The service, sadly I don't remember the guys name, there were two of them in the trailer and both were super friendly. Very happy to see you and answer any questions you may have. I only have one question now; how do you make the food taste so amazing. I got the Green Chili Burrito which was amazing. One of the best I've had, the chicken was wow. The crinkle cut fries, yum, cooked to perfection. The chicken Philly, same smoked chicken and cheese mixed in, also amazing. The prices are not bad, with fries you are looking at about $18 - $19 per dish but you will be full as the portions are definitely worth the price. As for ambiance, the trailer is cool and it's amazing they can make such great tasting food in a small trailer but there is no place to sit so everything is made to go. If you want to eat there, bring your on chair or sit in or in your car. Either way, the food is awesome, the guys are friendly, upbeat and always willing to help so, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try these guys.

Little one was craving a churro, so we stopped here to grab one since it's closer than Costco. They're 2 for $6, which worked out perfectly. The churros were hot, crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle rolled in cinnamon and sugar...for an extra $3 you get it in the cut style which I presume it's with chocolate sauce and whip cream. We didn't ask because my daughter likes them basic. I also tried the prickly pear limeade, but it tasted just like a regular limeade. I didn't really get any prickly pear flavor. They were out of ice, but honestly that was fine since it's a little chilly tonight. Quick service‍

Finally made it to 303 and it was delicious. Located in a great location not too busy and the service was great. Went with the famous burrito and the dirty dog. The burrito was great, had great flavors and the sauces were super good. It is a lot of food with the loaded fries so do recommend to share. The dirty dog was also good but again it was a lot. A must is the limeade to quench your thirst. Also the Tiramisu to end the meal is just right. Great spot definitely recommending

We are regulars at 303 and miss them being on Hualapai! The extra 10 min drive is worth it. The burrito with fries is a huge portion and tasty. We've also tried the loaded fries, cheesecake and tiramisu. I always get the burrito with fries and both the garlic aioli and 303 sauce are perfect together.

After seeing so many mouthwatering Tiramisu reels on Instagram, I knew I had to bump 303 In the Cut to the top of my list. Though it's not the closest spot to me, its convenient location near the 215 (and away from the Strip) made it an easy choice. I arrived around 7:15 PM, and there was already a line about six people deep. It was 46 degrees outside, but I decided to brave the cold, hoping it would be worth it. The food truck is actually a trailer and a bit on the small side, with only two people working--one taking orders and the other behind the grill. The wait was a bit long, as they took three orders at a time, filled them, and then moved on to the next. Luckily, the two people ahead of me were just ordering dessert, so they were served quickly. They also mentioned that if you're only ordering dessert or drinks, you can skip the line and go straight to the window. When it was my turn, I went all in and ordered their top picks: the Green Chili Burrito, Crackin' Chicken Fries, and, of course, the Tiramisu. My total came to around $50, but it was enough food for two or three meals. The Green Chili Burrito was delicious--flavorful without being too spicy, and the smoked chicken added a nice touch. The Crackin' Chicken Fries reminded me of a spicy chicken sandwich, but served over crispy fries instead of bread. And the Tiramisu? Absolutely decadent--super creamy with just the right balance of rum, coffee, and chocolate. It was the kind of dessert that makes you keep coming back for more. I'll definitely be back for desert, and maybe the burrito. For the fries, I think you really gotta be in the mood as it's a little oilier than I like to eat.

I've never been in a bad mood while eating food. After seeing all the social media marketing they put out, my family and I decided to try it. We walk up to the truck and the person on the register wasn't even engaging with customers, a quick "Hello! First time trying?" wouldn't have hurt. We got 2x Philly cheesesteaks, side of 303 fries, and their cheesecake. The "Philly Cheesesteak" didn't have any flavor, all you really taste was the cheese they mixed in after chopping the meat. They claim it's on a hoagie roll but the size of a $13 Philly was the size of a hotdog bun. I also asked for fries with one of the Philly's which was ($4.50) but ended up being charged as a whole side ($6.50). Our grand total was $58.10 after tipping $5.00 Cheesecake saved them from a 1 Star, 2 Stats at the most. I am writing this not to bring this company down in a bad name, but just off my personal experience here.

Went to the 303 in the cut food truck in centennial just for the cheesecake. The staff was great very friendly and got my cheesecake. Order out very quickly. If you love desserts this definitely hit the spot. Can't wait to go back and try again for their other items. This cheesecake was very delicious and creamy and this fruit topping definitely does make it even better.

We finally saw a short line and detoured for the experience! This is a food truck that parks on the corner of Spring Mountain and Arville Friday and Saturday nights in Las Vegas. I know it's delicious because when my daughter took me before the line was down the parking lot. Yesterday, lol, the temp in Vegas was 112, so at 7:15pm, sun setting in the West, their were only 4 people in line, after leaving a pastry shop across the street, I was led here for an "In the Cut" Cheesecake sandwich with a strawberry, blueberry jam in the middle!. The person standing beside as we made the purchase agreed we would be please.!

They post on social media which restaurants are participating each week. There are usually 7 or 8 trucks to choose from and often include foods such as Maine lobster rolls, burgers, Mexican or other Latin cuisine, Hawaiian, ice cream, and/or shaved ice. The trucks park to the left of Lee's Discount Liquor on El Capitan so that area of the lot does get really congested even though there will still be parking available. It's located in the parking lot of Walgreens and Lee's Discount Liquor. Cross streets are Farm and Durango, off of the N-95 and Durango exit. The hours are different based on the season. During winter, the hours are between 2:00 P.M - 6:00 P.M. During late spring and summer, the hours shift to later in the evening. Parking can be a little difficult. I'd recommend parking towards the Walgreens as the Food Trucks are situated in the parking lot next to Lee's Discount Liquor and there can be a lot of traffic in that location. Typically every week, there are a variety of different food trucks. When I had gone last Saturday, 1/9 the following food trucks were available Picanha Steak Truck Maize St. Street Kings lv Meats Gone Wild Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe @Hot Diggity Dog Churros 101 The Cookie Bar This time, we decided to pick up goodies from the following locations - Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe - Chicken Tenders, French Fries and a bottle of water - $11.00. The chicken tenders were okay. It was slightly overcooked and the chicken was dry. French Fries were thin and salty. Street Kings LV - Fried Chicken, French Fries, Chimichurri sauce - Approximately $10.00. Wow! Some of the best French Fries! The combination of all of the different ingredients was phenomenal. I'd recommend eating this inside your car instead of traveling with it. This will allow the food to stay fresh. The Cookie Bar - A variety of different cookies from chocolate chip, apple cider, and a few others! - $20. Some of the cookies are infused with alcohol, so make sure to check out the description for each cookie before buying. @Hot Diggity Dog - Their pulled pork sandwich, which was approximately $10.00. This was good, quite filling. The pulled pork needed extra seasonings though. The meat didn't have too much flavor. The BBQ sauce on-top was a good addition. I love the food truck Frenzy. We've already frequented the Churros 101 and Picanha Steak Truck, both are really scrumptious. I haven't had a bad meal yet at either! If you're in the Centennial area on a Saturday afternoon, you should check out Food Truck Frenzy!

I debated between the torta and the tacos, but since this was our first date, I played it safe and ordered the carne asada tacos. At $3.25 each, they're street taco-sized in theory, but the mountain of perfectly seasoned carne asada spilling out of them told a different story. I actually had to ask for a fork just to finish what escaped onto the tray. The tacos came loaded with fresh cilantro and red onions and tasted far more gourmet than their humble appearance suggested. The red and green salsas were both excellent, but the real star was their pico de gallo-style salsa. It had a slightly fermented tang that instantly reminded me of kimchi, and I found myself putting it on everything. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Next time, I'm skipping the internal debate and going straight for the torta.

I had a pretty poor experience at Los Gorditos. I would not…read morereturn or recommend. - I had 3 sopes and two tacos. The pastor and carne asada had no flavor. The carne lacked char, and was thickly diced. The pastor did not come with pineapple, and had a slightly chewy texture. The tortillas for the sopes were pretty good though. I thought they had a next bite to them, but the chicken that I ordered with them was very dry, and again lacked flavor. They were loaded with fresh cilantro, red onion, beans, queso fresco, and crema. My girlfriend really enjoyed your tripa tacos, but also stated that her asada taco was flavorless. Additionally, the salsa had no spice or flavor whatsoever. To end on a good note, the horchata here was particularly good. Probably one of the better horchatas in Vegas. - The service I had was also very subpar. The lady at the service window did not greet us when we walked up, and was not diligent or attentive when taking our order. - Finally, I'm really not sure if it was the truck or the area, but it smelled really bad. I was concerned that something was wrong, because it smelled almost like sewage (which it very well could have been, considering this is a food truck in a parking lot.) there's no seating, and they give you a buzzer to wait in your car for your food, which is a nice touch. Ultimately, I wish I could say I was happy I tried this place, but I did not enjoy it, and wish I would have taken my money elsewhere.
