I debated between the torta and the tacos, but since this was our first date, I played it safe and ordered the carne asada tacos. At $3.25 each, they're street taco-sized in theory, but the mountain of perfectly seasoned carne asada spilling out of them told a different story. I actually had to ask for a fork just to finish what escaped onto the tray. The tacos came loaded with fresh cilantro and red onions and tasted far more gourmet than their humble appearance suggested. The red and green salsas were both excellent, but the real star was their pico de gallo-style salsa. It had a slightly fermented tang that instantly reminded me of kimchi, and I found myself putting it on everything. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Next time, I'm skipping the internal debate and going straight for the torta.

I decided to go with their bbq chicken and I am glad that whatever I wanted to order ran out because this bbq chicken plate was the bomb. It literally was high piled with cut up bbq chicken drizzled in bbq sauce. It was so much food that I was not able to eat the whole plate that night and had to save some for later and then some. The chicken was moist and had nice bbq charing. Would definitely get this plate again when I attend the next What the Truck. Highly recommend!

You want consome $2.99, you want mozzarella cheese? $2.99.  Don't let me scare you off with the prices because I didn't let it scare me off.      We ordered 3 tacos.  I didn't add consome because I'm not really a fan.  I feel it's an overrated addition I like the birria to shine on its own.  Mozzarella cheese is a nice option if it's included but not for extra charge.  The birria tacos did not disappoint it was juicy, tender,  and flavorful.  Trust it will get messy but that's how you know it's good.   It it doesn't get all over they say, it don't belong in your face.         Honestly,  this place was amazing! I highly recommend giving it a try.   They definitely know what they are doing.  There is a reason why they have a few brick & mortar shops as well.

But I am so glad I swung by and picked up these dogs for dinner. The best hotdogs I have had. If you happen to see them I encourage you to stop and give them a try the flavor combinations sound off-the-wall but yet they are perfect not overly sweet not overly spicy equal. It was also doubled shelled and also stuffed with rice. For one taco it was very filling. The combo was ok but the cheese stayed hard. The least favorite was the Birria Ramen. They gave you a generous amount of tender beef but the soup was so salty you'd drop dead if you ate it. The girl at the counter was present and answered questions and served us quickly.
