This review is about their takeout, I haven't been to the physical location yet, only driven by many times (and quite often wondered about it). We've ordered from here many times by now often with success, they never screw up the order and include condiments such as their BBQ sauce and a random white sauce (hehe). I like the half chicken with my mash taters (gravy inside) mac n cheese and baked beans. The chicken is never dry and very tasty, skin comes right off and I'm a skin guy so yum. First Time at Nevada Chicken Café I've driven past Nevada Chicken Café countless times but never really gave it a shot--mostly because I rarely see it advertised or talked about. Today, I finally stopped by (well, technically ordered through DoorDash) and gave it a try, and I'm glad I did. I ordered the wholesale mesquite chicken, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The chicken looked great--nicely grilled, with a beautiful golden finish. It came with two flour tortillas and two dipping sauces. The chicken itself was fully cooked, moist, and had a flavorful mesquite marinade that really stood out. It had that smoky, slightly charred edge that mesquite lovers will appreciate. As for the sauces, one tasted like a classic BBQ sauce (which was my favorite--sweet and smoky), while the other was tangy and creamy, though I couldn't quite place exactly what it was.
