Was referred to Turf Bros by my neighbor, who is notoriously picky about the quality of ... well, everything. He did his front yard and it looked immaculate, so I asked him who did it, he mentioned this company out of Woodland Hills (which I thought was odd since we're in OC) and wouldn't stop raving about them. I called them, and eventually found out why. Andrew came by and patiently explained all our options. He gave us different quotes, showed us samples, shared pictures of previous jobs, took countless photos and measurements, and by the end of it we were shocked to see their price was actually slightly less than we were bracing for. He then quoted us the time it took, which sounded to good to be true... and it was: he actually underpromised how long the install would take. It was faster than that. The install crew came one morning, and instead of taking the two days Andrew promised, they were done in about 6hs. The work was done impeccably, they asked for feedback before they were done, and had us review before leaving to make sure we were happy. 6 months later, I'm as happy as the first morning I woke up to a green backyard. Other companies did not even want to provide a quote since our job was under 300 sq. ft. Andrew came by to give us an estimate on a Saturday. Not on his original route nor in his usual area. He took his time to explain the different products and price points available. He left a couple of sample pieces so we could decide between shades and drainage designs. He gave us ample time to ask questions and prepared a quote. Once we agreed to the contract, he gave us a window of time for the installation. Once installation day arrived, the first crew dropped off the products. The install crew came in shortly after and got busy. They did a great job and cleaned up not only the work area but the street, sidewalk and curb where they had parked. We were turning the dogs loose in the back and enjoying our upgrade by dinner. From the moment we first called to get information we were treated with courtesy and respect. The bid was put together quickly and even thought we weren't here when the installation happened everything went smoothly. Our project was fairly large but the final product looks exceptional. Let's start over, tried to correct spelling and lost you. We have had our lawn for more than a year and are completely happy with it. Our neighbor had a lawn installed like ours bug a differant company. It is a few months younger than ours and weeds are growing pretty long at the edges of the lawn and has really taken away from the looks of the lawn. Must be trimmed continually. Turf Bros Team from start to finish are the most professional company I have ever work with on a house project. I had my front yard done and they gave you plenty of options to pick from and I they do not try to up sale you by telling you to pick the higher priced turf. Lastly, if you have ever had work done on your house you are probably familiar with we can get the job done in so many days, but the company never makes that deadline, well Turf Bros told me it would take a day and half and they were done in that exact time. Great company to work with...customer service & expert installation. I have a small backyard area adjoining the pool deck & cabana, which several turf companies considered too small to bother with. Turf Bros gave me an estimate & I continued comp shopping. Turf Bros contacted me a month or so later and offered me a seasonal sale price, which I accepted. There was a small glitch during installation, but after contacting the project foreman, it was fixed the following day. The grass looks very natural & I have received several compliments on it. I found Turf Bros on Yelp. Somebody came promptly to measure my backyard and give an estimate. The whole process of installing artificial turf was thoroughly explained. Although the installation was not done on the day that was initially agreed upon, the rep was very apologetic. The installation went smoothly with no problems. A week after, some critter dug into one of the areas. We called them and they came back in a week to fix it, no problem. Overall very satisfied with my new artificial turf. I have big yard with some big trees and a lot of detail , need to be done , they were very knowledgeable about every detail that even I didn't know how much work needs to be done !! Great price and Great quality. We had our turf installed 1.5yrs ago. We compiled quotes from 5 companies and Turf Bros won. I couldn't be happier with my installation and the turf itself. The work was done quickly and professionally, with the contractor introducing himself at the beginning of work and inviting any questions or concerns. No one even knows that it's artificial until I tell them. I was concerned about dogs, but found my Jackson happily asleep on it an hour after installation. Turf Bros installed approx 950 sq of backyard and a side yard dog run. I requested the job to start on 4/14 and that's exactly what I got. Team of 6 showed up at 8:30 AM and I watched them work for the next day and half. These people know what they are doing. Also work very well as a team.
