We had to resurface our pool deck along with expanding the footprint, installed pavers to the courtyard and added turf to the front yard. We purchased our own plants but they dug all holes, planted and did all new drip systems. Kevin was incredibly helpful in that I had done AI designs of what I wanted and he created the plan to make it happen. Cheers to the amazing hard workers who endured terrible hot heat but continued to work with a smile. We offered water and food as I believe in taking care of those who help you. Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on. Deficiencies identified after their April installation remain unresolved despite several attempts…read moreby Pure Turf, USA, to correct them: 1) The artificial turf is improperly fastened down creating dangerous trip hazards; 2) Holes were cut in the turf to fit drain covers in an area where drainage wasn't specified and then patched back together with pieced-in turf; 3) A sunken area covered with artificial turf was not properly leveled beforehand; 4) The lateral drain shows signs of structural damage, and drainage dug out of the yard was poorly executed; 5) Loose stepper pavers 'corrected' with cement are unstable and unattractive; 6) Rusty nails and debris were left behind after each visit. A 30-second walkthrough video of the finished work failed to capture these problems, and minimal effort has been made to bring the work on this project up to the industry standard I paid for. The owner, Shlomi, came out to inspect the workmanship complaints and then after dispatched "the A-Team", but again, to no avail. My request to be provided with a written explanation of their corrective intentions was ignored, and the final crew showed up on June 27, but there's no telling what they did then, except that they didn't address any of the outlined concerns.
