Just had them over for a quote. I started telling him what i needed and he stopped and walked away while i was talking to get his boss on phone. This was as soon as I told him I'm keeping established plants. He acted like that was going to be a problem. Said something about taking pics for his boss. The he started grilling me on hoa approval. I said that's none of his business. He's just here to give me estimate. I told him I had already been in contact with hoa. I told him there was already people in community with turf in their front yard; therefore hoa cannot disapprove . He was th 5th quote I've gotten and the 1st one that brought any of these issues up. The installation crew was timely, pleasant and did a great job, the neighbors love the outcome . This job was for over 3,000 feet of grass removal. The conversion was done to take control of the watering of our front yard from the HOA. Our water usage dropped from 42,000 gallons in June of 2023 to 15,000 in June of 2024. our water bill dropped $245 in one month. There was only 491 sq ft of grass to remove, but they knocked it out in less than an hour. The install team showed up the next day at 7am sharp and went right to work. I was so impressed with the time they took to make it perfect. There are so many steps to installing artificial grass and they made it look easy. I am so happy with the results!! They were on time and professional and made a bid, which I knew was fair. They set a two week out appointment - fairly quick considering the season (spring). When I request a turf service, I was approached by 4 businesses and had a good impression from 2 of them including Alberto. He showed up asap, took the measurements, gave precise information with regard to our place's details, and showed a few different samples. He was the most reasonable alternative around. Also, his team did the job in a timely manner with care. They took the extra mile such as cleaning up a little larger area than the project itself out of good will. Not very happy. Was promised to clean up the yard and make sure all the sprinklers were up to par since doing the rebate program through Water District. Sprinklers were just cut and there was absolutely 0 clean up. I asked to install 3 new hedges. $700 for 5 gallon hedges install. Unreal. Can't believe I ever went with this company. Never again will I ever use them for my other properties. So disappointed. read more

We had Alberto quoting our house for turf but we wanted to do some extra stuff in our back and front yard too, we started on November '21 and finished the project until March 2022, they started really strong clearing the the area for the turf but we had a lot of issues along the way, we did paver around the house, the pavers wasn't the color that we agreed to, the workers wouldn't show up to work for up to 2 weeks, they would be peeing on my backyard instead of asking to use the bathroom, it was really hard to be dealing with workers that would get mad if I'd tell them that it wasn't looking right, the only thing that was installed professionally it was the turf, that was installed in one day, my pavers and irrigation project was poorly done, I decide to do it with a company with good reviews because I thought it was going to be expensive but hassle free, every time that rains my pavers remind me how bad they were "leveled " my irrigation has been leaking after a few months, the paint on my house has been peeling a month after beeI probably could have paid half of what I spend and get a better job with an independent contractor. Even the sand for the pavers they just wanted to pour regular sand not the right one for the pavers. read more
