Highly Recommend Pure Turf USA. They are professional, reasonable and deliver excellent outcomes. We had our front yard, court yard and backyard redone. We had to resurface our pool deck along with expanding the footprint, installed pavers to the courtyard and added turf to the front yard. We purchased our own plants but they dug all holes, planted and did all new drip systems. Kevin was incredibly helpful in that I had done AI designs of what I wanted and he created the plan to make it happen. Cheers to the amazing hard workers who endured terrible hot heat but continued to work with a smile. We offered water and food as I believe in taking care of those who help you. Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on. Shlomi, what started out as a gift for my family and should have only taken a week or so has turned into this long, drawn out, unfortunate thing lasting months. First, I live and work minutes away from my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren, and my residence was not questioned when you accepted my money without having met me in person. The sunken, unleveled area near the patio was sunken prior to the children playing there with water, which was brought to your attention immediately by me, and remains sunken. The children were playing on the artificial turf after installation, not during, and also when your crews would come for repairs, always unannounced, whenever they could fit in the time, because new business was prioritized first, according to your employees. My daughter would move toys, including their inflatable pool which was destroyed by cement thrown into it by your workers. The ineffective drainage by the patio was replaced, without a change order, by the structurally impaired lateral drain after I simply asked your professional if it was a possibility. You did us no favor by installing additional drainage that you stated "will help significantly during the winter season", but which we never wanted, never asked for, never saw a change order for, and I supposedly refused to pay for, which is false and libelous. The poorly placed drain at the back of the wall that you speak of was never meant to be located there and was removed because it didn't connect to any discharge or overflow line. The artificial turf, with holes cut in it to fit drain covers in that location, was laid back down and patched up. I cannot accept a repair method that leaves brand new artificial turf with a patched or piece meal finish, particularly to fix an error made by your team. One item I have complained about since the beginning is the safety concerns with the unfastened down and lifting turf which has never been addressed by anyone on your team. The service requested was done with many interruptions due to wrong ordering of material 3 different times. Included pavers and changing sprinkler lines, over 10k total. The quality of the job was average due to the lack of communication from worker whom had the knowledge of turf burning with reflection but did not advise homeowner of it. The worker let the reflection burned the turf and Said, " I knew it was going to happen but I forgot to tell you!". Then, manager had every excuse to avoid changing the material as they failed to report the issue before it happened. Adding of new turf was a mess as Pure Turf manager cut the burn area and replaces a piece in 3 parts causing a noticeable square in the middle of the grass. This was not cheap and the job was done in a hurry causing many issues at the end. Hard workers but had to follow a disrespectful manager directions. Besides, the manager caused unnecessary water waste. Regret every moment of it! The business owner was called and tried to do the best to satisfy the client. See pictures for final result! To Mr. S, As stated to you before, if the worker noticed the reflection 8 hrs before turf was burn and your company/worker acknowledged it did not give the option to move the upper deck furniture to prevent the burning on the turf, it was a big gap in communication from your worker. After the fact, a piece of furniture was immediately moved and prevented the burn back on the turf which could had been prevented 8 hrs prior to occurring. No excuses! After the knowledge of reflection burn occurred, the proper film was placed on the actual window which took care of the reflection issue. The turf has a "lifetime warranty" according to your marketing strategies, we will keep an eye on that as we noticing the turf is burning on separate areas of the "no reflection". At first it was going great, until ordered material were not the right color, or size. Still not looking good with the big rectangle in the middle of the turf. It should've been entirely replaced from the beginning instead of cutting three prices from left over job material. Again, hard working gardeners but lacking communication with homeowners. By the way, Kevin, never showed up in the first day, second day, third day, until the day I complained about him not ordering the correct material. Bad design from the beginning! I paid almost 10k for the job, it was not free. The second time the workers came in to sweep and applied sand to the price of turf didn't do anything to improve the aesthetics. Karina, worksite manager, had her young daughter with her in a work site which she knew but disregarded OSHA policies as she stated, "I know there are so many laws in the US". Then she got upset when I said, having your daughter at the job site is a liability to me, your employer, and is an OSHA violation. Our client/manager relationship went down from them. read more

First of all, the HOA approval process is what took the longest - it took several months. Once everything was approved, Roi scheduled the demolition within a week, and now we have a beautiful new yard! This was a big project since we had two huge mature trees that needed to be removed. DO NOT TRUST. I worked with Kevin and he came out and told me they would turf an area for dog run with fencing. I was going with vinyl and was told there were multiple options but never received any. was quoted 3000, which is fine but when I called for update for fencing the owner Slami, told me it was a 5000 dollar minimum and tried sell a different fence then what was agreed on even in the contract, and then became extremely hostile. stay away from business, I still haven't received my 400 dollar deposit back from the business that was put down. All because he wanted to sale and the tell me it's a 5000 dollar minimum for there services. Might I add they tried to drop this on me two days before job started. Very unsatisfied with the quality of work. It took 3days for a 1day job. Each day they never came between the hours they set. Always late and left my yard destroyed. Patches of un even pebbles where they did there job. Didn't bother to move the rocks aside and mixed the rocks with the dirt when placed back. Was lied to from the supervisor or someone from the office saying they would correct this but didn't. They even didn't pick up after themselves. Left old tubing and paper on my yard. The search for Landscape contractors can be daunting, but after due diligence we narrowed the search down to 3-4 and Pure Turf was one of the finalists. We reached out to them and in a few days their rep, I think his name was ROi, showed up. He gave us an extremely aggressive sale pitch. Even telling us that he can work with any price we give him. That aroused my suspicions and I discarded everything else he was saying but did take his info. Our search continued. And unbeknownst to my wife and me this aggressive sale tactic seems to be the norm here in Vegas (we are new here). In about three weeks the sales rep called, again I said I would get back to him again. About a week went by and we decided to call him. Best decision. We finally went by the office and decided to do business with him. They had a team that took care of us from beginning to end to end and the project turned out as we expected. We reached out to pure turf for a turf cleaning project. It took about a week for them to schedule a cleaning and they required a small deposit before scheduling (we weren't in a rush, so we didn't mind). Our turf yard was originally used for our dog, but we decided to get it cleaned so we could utilize it for our kids. They showed up within the scheduled timeframe and went above and beyond. They put our paver in totally crooked, after planting a tree for us they left the rock (we had to add mulch ourselves which is ridiculous bc of the price we had to pay for them to just plant a tree.. they also left our irrigation system all over the place and never even showed us how to use it so we have been hang watering the tree they planted (again, ridiculous for the amount of $ we paid..) As a fellow business owner I believe 100% in giving businesses a second, third, even fourth chance to correct mistakes before taking to the public and writing a review like this but their customer service is AWFUL. When we bought our new build we were shopping around like crazy for someone to do our yard. We got some really crazy quotes and told many times that our dream yard couldn't be done. February 6 job complete. February 10th final walkthrough, so that they can collect the final payment. February 12th, pavers and pallets are still in front of my house. On February 26th, I contacted Alon to let him know the pavers and pallets that were still in front of my house, 26 days after the completion of the job. There was over a pallet of pavers and eight empty pallets. This means I paid for materials and lost money. The street cleanup was not done. May 6 - I was out of the country for two months and came home to find that the trees were dying; they had never reconnected my drip system to the timer. I was told they would speak to the foreman and investigate the issue, but they never contacted me again. I had to pay someone to reconnect my drip system. They want their money, and once they get it, they are done with you. They installed pavers on my driveway and promised to bring them up to meet the garage concrete. The foreman said they could not. My driveway is very uneven. I'm preparing to do my backyard at the end of summer, but I'll be switching to a different company since they haven't earned me as a repeat customer. Last but not least, I am a small business owner, and I have clients who pay me by credit card, and I write off the fees at the end of the year on my taxes. They charged me a fee, and they still get to write off the fees the CC company charges them. read more

I got at least a dozen estimates for each job, and thanks to Pure Turf's estimator, ERIC, who gave me the lowest PRICES in comparison to all the others, I gave all my business to Pure Turf. THANK YOU, ERIC! The turf job went very fast, and it looks fabulous. They even left the "leftover piece" (looks like an area rug) which I put on my concrete patio. Schlomy, the owner, made sure to get me the correct shade of red rocks for my front yard to go around the Palm trees, and even gave me his suppliers contact # in case I needed more rocks in the future. They cleaned up behind themselves, leaving me with a beautiful yard of green turf and red rocks! Payment was handled professionally and conveniently. Now, I just have to add that I also hired them to install a new irrigation system, as my old one had many leaks. His irrigation guys did a horrible job, leaving me w/ leaks, "fountains" sprouting up, and plugged drip lines, coming back at least 1/2 dozen times. I don't blame Schlomy as he was very accommodating and fair (he just needs to hire a new irrigation crew) as in the end he made it right by me, showing me he's a man who stands behind his work. That's why he has a 5* company! Landscaping is an expensive project and you would be foolish to go with any other company. I recommend Pure Turf highly. We definitely give Pure Turf USA a 5-Star rating. The process, from beginning to end, was not flawless but I surmise there are often issues to be resolved in such landscape projects. Eric, our assigned salesman and estimator, did an excellent job surveying the property and presenting a completely itemized quote including "options" we wanted to consider. In the course of discussions and choices, he patiently and expeditiously revised and resent the quote several times. The three onsite crew members were punctual, polite and professional, exhibiting great knowledge of the work to be done. The downside was that they spoke little English and could not answer our questions. Numerous times we or they had to contact Eric or their supervisor, or company owner Shlomi for translation and intervention. The upside was that either Eric, the site supervisor, Shlomi, or the girls in the office were always easy to reach during regular business hours. No message machines or waiting for call-backs. One issue of note was that my wife was not happy seeing the workmen lay a single layer of pavers around the trees (like a mini-block wall). She felt the pavers were too low and wanted a higher, nicer looking barrier. Even when the workers understood our request as I demonstrated a double-high wall, they needed permission from the company to proceed. There was also a discrepancy between the color of the pavers we initially chose from a photo vs. the color of the pavers that were delivered. In essence, we encountered some misunderstandings and miscalculations leading to minor changes in strategy, product, and scheduling. We're not giving Pure Turf USA a 5-Star rating because the experience was 100% perfect. We give them 5 stars because everyone in the company without exception maintained a positive and professional attitude; they all listened intently to our needs and concerns, they responsibly addressed our needs and concerns, and they did not consider the job done until they knew we were more than 100% satisfied. I'd add that Shlomi adjusted the final balance to fairly reflect the resolutions of any misunderstandings and discrepancies we experienced.
