So we're going on the next phase to expand my plant collection! She completely focused on my interest in low maintenance plants, and listened so carefully to exactly what I what I wanted. The quality of the plants and the work is just amazing. Have not found anyone better! 10 out of 10 for sure! Tanna.

There was a group of about 8 people here celebrating a birthday and a couple next to us also on a date night. Jason, Lucas & Tiffany were great at demonstrating, explaining and answering the bazillion questions we had - ha! Succulents just don't survive in our home so it was nice to experience this! We learned so much! The price was reasonable for a date night and drinks and snacks are also available to purchase. All supplies are provided for each participant to paint one small terra cotta pot, 2-3 mini succulents and soil This family owned business is beautifully decorated with mid century modern vibes and will give you TONS of ideas on how to include plants in your home I highly recommend this business and look forward to returning again soon!

This is our second time purchasing from living spaces. The first purchase we made was about a year…read moreago and we purchased the Anacapa modular sectional for our loft area no complaints it is a very comfortable couch and has held up over a year. We had to go back to living Spaces because we purchased a new home and need to furnish it. We're starting with a couch and the dining table. Our sales associate was Vina and we actually met Veena a few months ago when we were just looking at furniture and seeing our options and what would fit best in our space and she took us around the showroom all the different options and showed us the modular couches fast-forward to this month we went in and finally decided on a couch. We went with the Everett modular couch. We custom ordered the fabric and the pillows, and we went with the Casey, walnut expandable table and Kissa chair chairs. Vina was so patient with my husband and I. Thank you Vina!!

However their delivery service left a dent…read morein my wall that I didn't see until I was moving one of the beds they delivered to vacuum. This happened 17 days after they delivered. So I emailed them, as they have No direct to store phone number. 14 emails later I have yet to get any support! I started with emails to the store and after getting no response I went into the store and spoke directly with some guy at the service desk after being directed there by the information desk people-only to be met with what could be best described as an apathetic attitude! I continued with emails and got in contact with the manager who in turn got me in contact with their delivery carrier Maersk/Site Manager- Final Mile Operation. I basically got treated by Maersk like it was my fault-I've sent pictures and never heard back! All I wanted was some acknowledgment of the damages, a caring attitude, and an apology. I ended up repairing the damage myself. What's funny is I was giving the delivery guy privacy to get his job done and even gave a decent tip! And he couldn't even say Hey I put a dent in your wall and please call this number and they will take care of it. I spent over $6,000 at this store and would think they would care.

Pottery Barn - Uneven wear and deterioration of leather after less than a year

We purchased a custom Big Sur Square Arm Leather Right Arm Sofa with Wide Chaise Sectional in…read moreStatesville Molasses leather just over a year ago. We chose Pottery Barn because we believed we were investing in superior materials, craftsmanship, and long-term durability. Within the first year, the leather began showing significant and uneven surface deterioration -- most noticeably on the chaise section. The finish has visibly lightened and broken down in irregular patches (see attached photos). This goes beyond normal aging or the typical patina leather develops over time; it appears to be premature surface breakdown. The sofa has been used gently in a low-traffic home and maintained according to Pottery Barn's care guidelines. It remains structurally intact, but cosmetic durability is part of what customers expect when investing nearly $7,500 in a custom leather sectional. We did not purchase this piece expecting it to look visibly distressed within 12 months of normal use. We contacted Pottery Barn, submitted detailed photos, and requested assistance under warranty. No in-home inspection was conducted. The decision was based solely on the photos, and we were informed that this condition is considered "normal wear." Our case was then closed without any offer of repair, replacement, or partial reimbursement. We respectfully but firmly disagree with that conclusion. When visible finish breakdown after one year is categorized as "normal," it calls into question both the durability of the product and the company's willingness to stand behind it. For a purchase of this magnitude, we expected a more thorough evaluation process and meaningful support. Had Pottery Barn worked with us toward a fair resolution, we would have remained loyal customers. As it stands, this experience has significantly impacted our confidence in the brand, and we would be hesitant to shop with Pottery Barn again. We're sharing this so future buyers can better understand how durability expectations and "normal wear" may be interpreted.

There were no employees in sight and I had to look for someone to be able to assist me. I then learned this diffuser costs $99 plus tax which almost gave me a heart attack. I can't believe my friend spent this much money on this! After looking around there wasn't much to choose from under a hundred bucks and I sure the heck wasn't going to add my own money for anything that's so expensive. Compared to other competitors in the area where really nice diffusers run between $20 to $45 this place has lost its mind.
