I did call back today and got confirmation from the staff that it takes a week to get results back, so there is no resolution it appears. Funny enough, I actually got notification on my end from Modesto Radiology that results were available, but when I relayed this information I was told oh maybe they don't have our fax number and we didn't get it. I had to ask several times to get someone to offer to even try checking with Modesto Radiology about this. To further elaborate the point when I went into Modesto Radiology, the paperwork was not filled out correctly at the time (7/28, Tuesday morning) and I had to call your office to have them talk to the receptionist at Modesto Radiology to correct the information. When I took the xrays the radiologist was also concerned that my hand was already in a soft cast before xrays were taken and said results might be hard to decipher. I went to a different urgent care this morning (7/31) and got results the same day which confirmed my finger is in fact broken, which doesn't appear to be the determination from the xrays taken on Tuesday morning, likely due to the concerns of the radiologist. Staff continued to gas light me about the situation and offered no apology. This series of events with a more serious ailment would likely constitute medical malpractice. If I didn't follow my own intuitions and seek an alternative urgent care solution I would have opened myself up to serious permanent damage on my fractured finger. Avoid this urgent care.

She'd wait forever for an appointment, only to be rushed through in 10 minutes, with her concerns brushed off. We found the Kind Clinic after a trip to Urgent Care, where they recommended we seek better care for an issue that had been previously dismissed. Making the switch was the best decision. From the moment we walked in, we felt the difference. Marian and Michelle at the front desk are so kind and on top of everything. They always make sure my mom gets in for appointments quickly, which has been a huge help. Luis and Edgar are incredibly patient, taking the time to answer every question and explain things in a way that puts my mom at ease. They're thoughtful about how they talk to her--gentle and reassuring, but also completely honest. However, I recently developed some bothersome symptoms and thought it was important to get checked out coming from a family of diabetics and heart problems. I heard about Kind Clinic via word of mouth. I had the pleasure of seeing PA Edgar. I was thoroughly impressed by how attentive and approachable he was! He never downplayed my symptoms and took the time to get to know my family history and work life to see if it was attributing to my symptoms. I really like that he took the time to explain why he was ordering certain tests and what he was trying to rule in and out and made sure I was comfortable with it. I later got my labs and turns out I had a thyroid problem all this time and feel pretty good about our treatment plan! He also reassured me I did not have diabetes and ways to prevent and monitor in the future. I had a great experience here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to establish with a new doctor!

It's practically impossible to obtain an appointment with your primary care physician in a timely manner, always 6-9 months out! Now apparently you cannot be seen in the office for the same issue within a 2 week window. But after finding out they have 2,500 patients per doctor I will be finding a new primary care doctor. I am consistently rushed during appointments and not heard at all. Pushing more medication at me that I don't want, I want resolutions not the pain masked! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE! I will however agree that Dr. Blu is absolutely amazing and it's a shame she's working at this office. Would love to change her to my primary care physician, but after my last experience I really am not comfortable remaining a patient there.
