BBQ is a beautiful American tradition and Stateline is a remarkable representation of all the best things about it. The small space is nicely appointed, tastefully, but also unquestionably like a BBQ joint. What does that mean...hard to know, but at the same time, it's nearly always easy to tell when you are inside a BBQ joint vs any other restaurant. The ribs are delicate and fall off the rack, with an intense Smokey flavor. The wings are their signature dish and also rather incredible. People are nice and there isn't much more one can ask for. It's an incredibly solid place for a very enjoyable piece of this all American tradition.
