$18 Lobster roll that didn't really have much to offer in terms of lobster just Fake crab. I think I found one half inch piece of lobster definitely not worth ordering this item for $18. I felt like I was misled. I backed it up with a cucumber roll and I didn't expect much and I didn't get much no flavor. I wouldn't go back. I think George has some pretty spectacular sushi restaurants that rival Nobu in Malibu or any other location I wasn't expecting much but for $18 I did expect something that had lobster, the service was OK but nothing to write home about my favorite thing about this restaurant. Was excited to see someone in Carrollton had Boba. So we drove all the way up to the square, parked and walked to this restaurant all because we wanted sushi and boba. It's a Saturday night and we find this sign on the door. Walk in to say we want boba and they tell us they're out of that as well. Mentioned to the hostess that we literally made a trip up here for the 2 things they don't have. So obviously we left. I visited SNM 108 with reasonable expectations and was highly disappointed. Accompanied by a friend, we got seated around 12:30 on a Thursday. There was ample staff for a relatively uncrowded restaurant, yet it took our server about thirty minutes just to get our drinks to the table. I had asked for a lemon for my water various times--finally got one after the fourth request. We waited past an hour for our food, while tables that were seated after our arrival had received their order, eaten, and left. We decided to have our food packaged as a to-go order. I understand longer wait times for huge orders, yet I only ordered a singular item: Korean gimbap. Also, my friend had ordered an edamame appetizer, which we never received, as it turns out the waitress never wrote it down or put it into the kitchen. Our waiter should have shown more interest in serving us quickly and orderly. I understand the restaurant has not been open for long, but the ambiance is painstakingly lackluster. The bathrooms were clean and presentable, but some major ornamenting needs to be implemented. The only positive I can visualize is the cheap prices. My friend ordered a Bulgogi bowl and commented that it did taste very good and my roll was okay, yet the headache of the experience was not worth the mediocre decency of the food. read more

Excellent little addition to downtown square. Asian / Fusion treats galore!! If haven't tried this place yet, you don't know what you are missing . Was going to take pictures of K-dog with cheese but it was gone before I could take a picture. Get it with one of their signature dipping sauces. BTS Roll is to die for. Don't let the atmosphere fool, you. This is a gem in Carrollton. It is hard to find original Korean and Asian fusion restaurants and Carrollton has struck gold with this one. This is definitely the place if you want to go for good tasting and filling food, nice portions for the growing collage goer. One server was handling all dine-in tables and a continuous stream of to-go orders. My family and I were turned away from the blonde girl because we brought our child a happy meal, our child is a toddler and doesn't eat the food they have. This place is not child nor family friendly. Do not come here if you have kids. This didn't happen the several other times we've been here. I liked their Thai tea but if you order anything from there be sure you ask informative questions about what you want. I ordered ramen With no spice, which is my usual and it was extremely bland. When I told the waitress she gaslight me about how bone broth is usually bland when it's not. I've eaten ramen at the most high quality places and I know that's not true. Decided to try this place for lunch...ordered a $16 bibimbap with bulgogi...was the absolute worst bulgogi I've ever had in my life....stone cold, rice was lukewarm in some places and just plain cold in the rest of it. Absolutely pathetic bowl, total waste of money. I waited forever for a refill despite being the only customer in the entire restaurant. Server was not friendly or helpful. I told her the bulgogi was cold and the rice was cold, and she just said that she would "let them know". She offered no recourse whatsoever or offer to make it better. The ambience is uninviting. The energy is way off in there. No greeting when you walk in....just a "how many?" With no smile. Miso soup tasted weird, too. Total meal with tea came to $20.06....for a totally horrendous, awful meal. Will never go back to this place and hope I can save others from wasting 20 bucks on horrible food and bad service. read more

It's so nice to have a korean restaurant in Carrollton now. The inside is clean and modern, you could never tell that Sam's House BBQ was there before. The servers are friendly and attentive and the food is very tasty and authentic. Kimchi is home made by the owner, so make sure to try that. I had come here a few days after they opened and had the very hot ramen to see if I could handle it. It was good but I didn't get a chance to try the other items until tonight. Our group had the bulgogi bibimbap, the fried Mandu, the spicy tuna poke bowl, the vegetable bibimbap, the chicken teriyaki bowl, the Korean fried chicken and the k-dog. It was all really good but the chicken was the absolute surprise of the night. We weren't sure what to expect and it is the most tender fried chicken you will ever eat. Absolutely amazing. Personally I would leave the onions off the sauce and just get the white sauce but that chicken I'll be thinking of for quite some time. We also loved the k-dog. It is like that wonderful guilty carnival treat that you know is so bad for you but so good you can't help but eat it. Definitely will be back. The owner is super nice and it is so great to have additional Asian food options in Carrollton.
