I hired them to replace the electrical box on the side of my home. Everything went well, but the box that they installed was smaller than my prior box, so they left a hole in the side of my home. The guy came & took pictures and said I had to pay $200 for an actual estimate and that didn't include any supplies or time after an hour. During the week I waited for this free quote I got email asking to set up a time for an estimate. Who knows if they have qualified electricians...I certainly will never use them. read more

This was the only company I could find that would do repair on outdoor landscape lights. I called half a dozen other companies and they flat out told me they didn't do landscape lights. But Turn It On would, and they did an excellent job! I am very pleased! They had to do some digging to find the wiring issues, and they were careful to scrape away the rock ground cover - they replaced the wiring, covered with the dirt and replaced the rocks. You couldn't even tell the ground had been disturbed, which is what the technician had promised. Above and beyond just the job of fixing the wire, in my opinion. They did a full diagnostic on the whole system, and fixed some other issues as well, to include replacing a burned out bulb in one light - and they were honest that it was just a bulb instead of gouging me for a new light or something. I put a request for a quote online with yelp, I got a phone call today from I believe John, he was willing to come give me a quote for my work but wanted to charge me for the quote since I cannot be home from work till 4 pm and anything after that would be considered after hours...I have called a couple other companies and they have been able to set up appointments to arrive at 4 pm for their estimate without an issue. I am disappointed to say the least as I thought the reviews on here were pretty decent. He was pleasant on the phone. Unfortunately I cannot take time off of work to be home for an estimate that should take all of 10 minutes. Our home had some areas that needed improved. For a reason to only be known to the builder of this home, there was no oven circuit, no chandelier over the dining room table and some weird switches that needed fixed. We found TIO Electric and could not be happier with our decision. We called the office for an appointment on Tuesday, Thursday morning Rob showed up to give us the estimate. He was courteous and arrived promptly as promised. His bids were within our budget and he was able to start the same day! Starting the same day had something to do with a slowdown created by the whole Corona Virus thing but we were happy to have such attention. Rob and Ivan started on the same day and banged out a new oven circuit. We were really worried about drywall cuts but the guys did the whole circuit with just a single drywall cut in the master water closet. No paint or texture needed for a while. Day 2 of work Ivan and Rob showed up exactly when they said they would. They had some attic work to do and Rob drew the short straw. Up he went. The mess from the insulation was kept close to the work and they vacuumed it up before they left. Should we need anything else I would definitely choose these guys again.
