It ws a somewhat a big job and I felt very comfortable with the estimator they sent and felt no pressure to make a quick decision which I really appreciated. I bought a older home that had been repaired by I can only guess amateurs and it was in horable shape. They gave me a reasonable bid and i was very happy with the result. What an excellent experience with Liam, Richard, Faith and Junior from TiO Electric! I was put in touch with the company by the owner's brother, whose own flooring company did some fabulous work for us a couple of years ago. I finally went for it and called Turn It On to see what they could do for us with installing can lights and a new fan in our living room - with no crawl space! I couldn't imagine how they would do it; but Faith at the office booked us promptly for a walk-through & estimate, and before the week was out the job was completed beautifully in a single day! Used Turn It On Electric twice in the last month for a new home we bought in Phoenix and very happy with the price and prompt arrival. Most convenient thing about them is, that on both occasions, they were able to provide an estimate by phone that was within $20 of the actual price, VERY convenient not to schedule an estimate, then schedule the repair. They were also about $50 - $100 less than the best quote we got from other LICENSED electricians in the area. I would definitely use them again, they stand behind their work, one of the things they completed for me was a ceiling fan installation on a 16' high vaulted ceiling, when they were finished and left, I noticed the fan making a clicking noise when running. They were quick to set up the first appointment. The electrician was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. From there it went downhill a bit. We had communication issues. I was told that they would do some research to find the right part and they would get back to me. About 2-weeks later, nothing. So I called and left a message and was told someone would get ahold of me, nothing. Tried going through yelp and got a response that they would get on it, but still nothing. About 3-weeks out I sent another message and finally got some movement. The electrician couldn't reach me on my phone. Perhaps wrong number? Did reach me later ok. In the end the work was satisfactory but electrician forgot something. Luckily I double checked the work before he left, so he fixed the missing item before leaving. I felt like I had to manage the process too much in order to get things done. read more

Very unhappy with the service I received. Had an issue with our pool electrical, and after going back in forth with our home warranty company and spending several hundred dollars just to find out they won't cover it, I called Turn It On Electric and spoke to Lenny. After explaining the situation he said he would waive the $250 troubleshoot fee after I told him multiple companies (through our warranty company) had been out and troubleshooting wouldn't solve the problem. He agreed to send someone out to look over the issue/give estimate/troubleshoot if they thought possible and waive the first hour of troubleshooting. A rep came out, had zero knowledge of the waived fee, was unable to fix the problem, gave quote, and said he would have to collect $250 for troubleshooting. He did not believe me and said I was mistaken and must have heard wrong. Paid the $250 and he left. Out of principle, I did not want to use their services future if the will go back on their word for something minor in the grand scheme of the repair we needed (their quote $5000+ dollars). Called another certified electrical company, they came out that night, gave a free estimate, and fixed the issue for nearly $3000 cheaper than Turn It On Electric. read more

From the initial estimate all the way through completion of work TIO was awesome. The estimate process for having an old light fixture in our vaulted kitchen ceiling was open and very honest. We were given an estimate and also an idea for an alternative but they didn't try to push anything. Scheduling was fast, a day before email reminder came with a specific time and the day of work we were given a 30 minute heads up to confirm they were on their way. This review is long overdue. Bob and Bryan showed up a few months ago and did exactly what we asked them to do and then some. We had several outlets in our kitchen that were not mounted properly when the house was built. Each and every one felt like a fire hazard. Bob and Bryan came in and not only remounted all of our outlets, as requested, but were also able to repair the baffle in our laundry room light as well.
