However, the value was in the transparency. We had zero hidden fees or unexpected change orders by the end of the project, which is rare in this industry. The Reality Check No massive project is perfect. In our case, there was a permit oversight where the fire sprinkler consultant wasn't called in early enough. Because they were backed up, our project was delayed by three months. What sets Liran apart is his accountability: he admitted the mistake and paid our rent for those three months to make it right. Room for Improvement The only area for growth is in the hand-off for final touch-ups. Information didn't always flow perfectly from Liran and his foreman to the subcontractors doing the finishing work, meaning some tasks had to be redone once or twice.
