I'm so impressed with their customer service. Jeff made every effort to take care of me and get my oil changed. When it looked like it was going to take longer they gave me a ride to where I needed to go. And picked me up when the car was ready. I would have given 5 stars had I not had to come back an hour later. My car was making an awful sound. Turns out they forgot to secure my air filter. F y I the waiting area is a row of dirty chairs, two feet from their checkin desk. Best to get dropped off and come back. It's so loud there you can't hear the TV that's above their heads. UPDATE- Well, I used to be impressed. Now it seems like they could care less about taking care of us- especially if you bought the coupon. IN other words, DO NOT BUY THE COUPON AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The owner is surly and unpleasant. They make scheduling mistakes and take it out on you. They fix things you didn't ask them to fix and then try to charge you. Hold your ground and refuse to pay. I had a brand new car and they replaced my wiper during an oil change! They wanted to charged me $15 for a wiper! I refused and told them to put my wiper back on. They dug it out of the trash and handed it to me. Guess it wasn't worth the effort to change it back. read more

Over All it was a pretty quick service. The take appointments and work hard to get you through. They aren't a jiffy lube and can have you in and put in 10 min but they are a lot more comprehensive and they cost less on the important stuff.. Personally I think they get you in for a oil change and then try and talk you into everything else.. They said my strunts needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion from my family friend and he said they are just trying to make money. If you want to be swindled into more than what you need this is the right place for you.. I bought the coupon pack--10 oil changes for like $60--which ends up being $6 each! Can't pass that up. Had I known you had to schedule your oil change 1-2 weeks in advance I might have passed it up. Had I known they would try and sell me on several hundreds of dollars of other services, I would have passed it up. The office staff is friendly and kind but the waiting area is dirty and cramped and you're subjected to a continuously running info-mercial trying to sell you on even more products and services that you probably don't need. Add all that to the hour and a half wait for a 15 minute oil change and I'd say the price of the deal wasn't worth the service. I'm satisfied enough with their ability to change my oil that I'll finish out what I've already paid for, but I can't imagine going back when the coupons are gone. read more

If you don't need your car operating properly for two months then this is the place to take it! I took mine in before thanksgiving, paid $3700 in work, and the sense of urgency is not there whatsoever. They told me for two weeks straight, my car will be done "tomorrow". And on top of that, shanae, or janae or whatever at the front counter is super unhelpful, unprofessional, and unwilling to come up with solutions. She just came up with excuses and got lippy with attitude, yelled at me about how it's not her fault, and then hung up on me. I cut my losses and am taking my car to a competent mechanic to finish what turnkey couldn't. read more

Remember this name KEVIN RALLI, he is a crook and owner of Turn Key Auto. We took our Dodge Ram (diesel) to him in August of 2020, for a motor replacement. He said he required the full amount up front...which we thought was suspicious, but we had some work done there 2 years earlier (which was fine)...so we moved forward with it. We paid him 10K, he cashed our check four days later...and he did absolutely no work on our truck. He got evicted from his original shop in Murray, he left our truck in the lot (during the winter) with all the windows down, and unlocked. It had water damage on the inside, and someone (probably Kevin) stole my husbands tools from under the back seat. To top that off, he never returned our calls (2x-3x a week for over a year), he was never in the office. His staff was absolutely horrible, the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Almost 6 months after dropping our truck off, we found out he didn't even have a licensed diesel mechanic on staff. This whole ordeal was a nightmare. I'm happy they are closed, because he is a complete fraud. He will steal your money, and intentionally damage your vehicle further. He is a horrible person, and will dance around his wrongdoing. Turn key has been doing my heavy duty state safety and I/M for a couple years. I had a cracked marker lens that passed the previous year but failed this year. Seems to me that the owner Tom was having an off day. Or he was upset that I did not authorize them to repair it. I was forced to fix it twice because the first fix "did not fit well enough". Needless to say I will most likely find someone else to give my money too. The girls in the office were nice! The drunk shirtless neighbor added some entertainment. So in closing if you want someone to search for repairs and pick your vehicle apart this is your place. read more

Turn Key is a great family run business. They've always taken care of my needs quickly and at a great cost. Rather than up sell you on services you don't need, they give you educated advice on how to take care or your car and maintain it well. I've been to cheap shops where they do shotty work and don't do a free inspection of other areas of your car and it breaks down or you need to go back to the mechanic a week later to get something else fixed. Who has failed me is the Nissan dealership in Draper and the Hyundai Dealership in Sandy. Both places charged me for services they didn't deliver. We take our vehicles to Turn Key for all our repairs and maintenance and have been doing so for years. The staff is friendly and honest. When I pick up my car I know that all the fluids are replenished and that they have done a thorough inspection, whether or not the inspection is due or not. Last time I took it in for an oil change they discovered a problem with my emergency brake, I had no idea there was an issue at all until they fixed it and I could tell the difference immediately. they wanted to charge me 500.00 for an idle control valve got them down to 300.00 big difference. don't know why I went back. Yesterday they charged me 118.00 for a diagnosis we pretty muck knew was a flywheel, it took them 15 minutes to remove the starter to see the flywheel I timed the mechanic. they first told me they hadn't started on the job when I canceled it, then they said he already started removing parts, liars, that's how they justified the 118.00, At another shop victors on 3300 state I got the starter and a cv axel changed the day before for 100.00 little over an hour you tell me their not crooks. as long as you keep paying their prices they will keep over charging the public.They lost a lot of future business trying to over charge me they think all their fake nicities are fooling somebody while their lining their pockets. read more
