There were some issues with getting the parts and the owner took it upon himself to get the issue fixed and even drove to the location to get the part that was supposed to be delivered. Others didn't want to touch it . All of them recommended that I have AAA Frame and Jeremy Taylor look at it. Upon meeting them I was sure I wanted them to fix my truck. They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff. One more thing: ignore the neighborhood. They are a diamond in the rough. Please go see them, talk to them. You'll be so glad you did.

I've never received one call from them for updates or any reason I have made every call to them. It's Poor management of Scheduling and following through as far as I'm concerned I am not happy to say the least, it's yet to be seen how good the work is once they finish

I've had two experiences with this body shop…read more First one was great (insurance claim) got an estimate, got my truck in, work was done great, great experience. Second one was complete HOT GARBAGE, can't get a price to fix truck the second time (not an insurance claim) the guy behind the counter told me on my third trip to his shop I needed an appointment to get a price which is what I had the first trip I made the second time around. Had an appointment but his computer crashed which somehow turned into my problem, he asked me to come back. Second trip, second time around (with no appointment mind you) he walked out with his phone took pics and said he'd call let me know, never did. Come to find out he lost the photos or my number or something. Came back a third time, second go around, was told AGAIN I needed an appointment, he couldn't just give me an estimate because he had 2 in front of him and apparently 3 is just too many. I don't recommend Floyd for customer service reasons the man behind the counter doesn't understand that those 2 words mean, but they did great body work, I'd give a 1 star if it wasn't for the first experience. I'd gladly pay someone else twice as much if I can better service than this, which is what I'll be doing.
