My neighbor called them to trim my large black olive tree that extends over to her property. They were supposed to only trim on her side of the fence. Instead they chopped the tree's interior deep into my side depriving me of the shade I enjoyed on my property and basically butchering the tree w no regard for its health or beauty. The supervisor claimed to be an "arboist" but did not stay w the job leaving a crew completely unsupervised to brutally cut the tree. Somehow the pictures do not quite represent how bad it is. Even as my neighbor had a right to trim the tree on her side, a responsible company would have looked to what served her while caring for the tree. Horrible experience. I hired this company to trim a tree in my back yard. Instead, they cut down most of my tree! When I brought the issue to their attention, they were very unpleasant and rude. I was referred to Mr. Turney from a neighbor and was extremely impressed with his professionalism. He was fairly priced. I hired him to trim my Rosewood tree and palm tree. He was also very accommodating with scheduling. His crew knew what they were doing, worked very hard and even took the time to protect some of my delicate plants from the falling debris. My firefighter husband was heading home, coming off shift and one of the work trucks merged into him in heavy rush hour traffic scraping the front of our car. My husband got out of the car, showed him the damage and the driver was unprofessional and unethical and denied it even though the damage was clear.
