It's not much to look at from outside but once inside you are in for a surprise. The wood floors are amazing (perfect for salsa dancing!). There was no cover before 10PM, after it was $10. The dance floor on the first floor is so spacious and open that there is absolutely no uncomfortable bumping into other people while dancing (unless it's mega packed--which it never was when I went). There is comfortable seating around the dance floor and the bar is in the back. The second floor usually plays a different kind of music than downstairs and there is a smaller more intimate dance floor. There is a stage on the first floor. I went to their Salsa event back in September. The band Calle Soul played and it was great. It is the perfect spot for music and dance events. The DJs that used to play there were pretty awesome too, playing a good variety of salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbias, etc. Sadly though, not a lot of people come out on Fridays so they stopped doing the latin nights. Terrible. Do not waste your time and money. Not effective and unfair business practices…read more On the not effective side... I was reevaluated for flexibility after 2 months. Not only did I not improve, I got worse. However, it does take work outside of going to StrechLab. And you need to go consistently. So, if you're thinking about signing up, do the work. I have no complaints about the flexologists. I worked with 3 - Jessie, Maddie, and Aday - all fantastic. What I am most disappointed in are the business practices... When you sign up for a 3 month membership, you are told you would have flexibility to reschedule as long as you give advance notice. What they don't tell you is that you can not apply your credits the following month. Thus, any sessions you cancel (e.g., for Thanksgiving, Christmas) have to be applied in the same month. If you cancel between Christmas and New Year's, you need to reschedule for sessions in December. It took a lot of hassle to get back at least a portion of those missed sessions. After talking to Sirena, she agreed to let me use some of those sessions in January. However, my 3 month membership ended December 31. In order to use those sessions, I would need to pay another $259 for a January membership. Nearly $1,000 later, I am no better than the day I signed up. I don't think you would be either.
