They now only offer cheaper substitute brands. At the same time they switched sausage patties the ones which are smaller around and less thick and don't taste as good. My wife told me that the switched breakfast syrup and the new syrup has little flavor and is watery. Finally, on the casino floor they stopped offering free Heineken and Carona beer. If you like Bud Light they still offer that. Overall the quality of these little things has gown downhill. However, they have forgotten that it is the quality of the little things that counts to show that they really care about you.

The table games are generally pretty full. I can not imagine what it's like on the weekends when all the tables are open. The table game's minimums start at 5, 10, 25, 50 depending on which game it is. The slots are plenty. Hundreds of all kinds. I don't play a lot of slots, but when i have, i've won here. Only $20 - 60, but a win is a win. If you are intimidated by the tables, they have automatic craps and roulette games. The roulette is pretty dated and could really should be updated. Mostly because the interface is kinda a pain, but it still works. The staff is super friendly and are happy to answer any dumb questions i have. Customer service is top notch. The cleaning crew is really on top of things. The main floor, bathrooms, dining areas are all spotless. The thing that really stands out about this place is that the people seem happy. They call each other by their names. They joke and laugh. This is not the atmosphere that I usually see at the other NY casinos.

This experience is available year round we got the best view of all the tigers and we introduced with who our guest(tiger) that would be out to view and gave us a good description of how they act and what they like and there names for us we did the tiger experience which included 3 tigers very relaxed and playful personalities I love it all. The rooms vary depending on what day you book it cause some rooms sell faster than others and each one is number and depending on that number the view point might be skipped different. For instance we got recommended to do 3 and our room choice I would say it was the best section to able to see them all in all angles and the room that comes with a kitchenette prepared to bring snacks or food that can be microwave . Our room canes with also a futon couch and bed with curtains around it bringing the elevated to the room on top of that the decor and the layout of the room was amazing. Check in is at 2pm and it is a self check in process no reception check-in. We checked in online before 2 PM and got our code around that time to get into our area and that was smooth and I love how exclusive it is and peaceful its not to loud like the city vibes it's your away from home kind of vacations vibes. They do have a a quiet time starts at 10pm. And the tiger do not come out earlier than the scheduled time and there more information on there site with more details on that timing and when it's a good time to visit. Overall this was a fun experience to be able to enjoy during spring break and getaway to have some quality time and unforgettable experience with my husband we will definitely be back for the lion experience or even a round two of the tiger

WOMEN SHOULD BEWARE OF THE MALE STAFF…read more I think this business may be paying for positive reviews I was sexually assaulted by a male masseuse at this spa. He chose to roughly rub my breast instead of the deep tissue back massage I asked for; when I complained he ignored me. I was overwhelmed with his strength. I was upset after and cried. Eventually reception came to find me & i was not asked about my experience instead I was asked to quiet down...it was clear this business doesn't care what happens to women here. Instead of contacting me to find out more details about what happened or apologize; the staff worked to have my comment deleted from Yelp and I found out someone from the business had searched my name on LinkedIn and looked me up personally bc LinkedIn tells you "someone from Aurora inns and Spa has viewed your profile" (see photo) I was violated again finding out they stalked me professionally, despite having all my contact information and still chose not to apologize or reach out in on Linkedin. Instead; shortly after I reported the sexual assault professional clients of mine disappeared - I'm not in the spa or wellness industry i work in tech. I had to block the entire staff on LinkedIn to avoid any potential harassment after my last Yelp review and maintain my business after I was sexually assaulted/stalked without apology or follow up Ladies beware. My review was deleted and this is a follow up review after the first review was deleted. Women deserve to know. It's not safe to do a massage here During my visit I also encountered staff enforcing rules on only to POC; they went out of thier way to leave reception and police the only minorities there. They only enforced the rules to everyone when they were confronted about harassing POC. In addition I was told there were limits on the lounge chairs because of the volume of customers; you can only lie and relax for whatever time they deem appropriate on busy days; like weekends . The cafe was closed the last time I visited despite operating hours reportedly saying they should be open. This business is not at all safe / reliable anymore; they take as many customers as they can and don't care about the individual experience. I have been a customer for years

As cottages go, this is top shelf. It's a perfect size for two adults, perhaps a kid or two. There is only one bedroom with 2 double beds. There is a pull out sofa and I noticed an air mattress that was available. I personally liked the size for the two of us. There is one bathroom. We enjoyed having people in to visit. Plenty of room for entertaining. A great place, and well maintained with the owners on the premises, right next door. We had one of the most delightful, restful weeks ever, and this is a place I want to go back to again, and again, and again.

For my stay I had booked out 5months in advance and this time I made sure I booked the main inn. Ste Anne's Spa is great for all types of people whether you're looking for a day visit, cottage home retreat or just an all inclusive overnight type of stay. Every visit I seem to fall more in love with this place. Opted for the I love spa package and do I ever feel pampered. Took the via rail to Cobourg and had a shuttle pick up. From there checking in was seamless. Room was spacious and clean. The curated food menus for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinners are all great with many options to choose from. Enjoyed the steam room, cold plunge and thermal pools. Therapists were all top notch. What a difference when you stay at the main inn! Definitely looking forward to more visits in the future.

They have other yoga, meditation and other classes available for a fee. Lots of body treatments including massages and body scrubs. Meals were wonderful. Great place to decompress. Two minor annoyances - 1. Please do as they ask and put away the phones. It is distracting for other guests 2. Don't reserve chairs by the pool for a long time by leaving your belongings there. Some folks did it for over 3 hours while we were there. So not fair to other guests. Otherwise, a wonderful spot and great staff. Note - Do take your epi pen if you are allergic to bees/wasps. There are quite a few buzzing around the pool and gardens.

Was looking forward to visiting the Lake on the Mountain Restaurant with my mom and 5 month old…read moredaughter, but left a bit disappointed with the overall experience. Let's start with the positives. The view and atmosphere were lovely - the lake on the mountain is really beautiful and we and a great view from our table on the patio. It took a while to be greeted and seated for our reservation, the hostess wasn't super attentive. Our server was polite but not overly enthusiastic about anything on the menu or anything really. When I asked her what she would recommend on the menu, she didn't sound overly excited about any of the options (should have been our first red flag). We had ordered San Pellegrino to drink and the server asked if we would like anything else to drink. We asked her what the other non alcoholic options were and she said they had lemonade, but it was made from a powder (another red flag). I'm glad she was honest about it but I was surprised that they wouldn't have made fresh lemonade or at least had another option. Our appetizers took a super long time to arrive. My mom decided to start with their housemade pate and I ordered the mussels, which were prepared in a garlic cream sauce that day (menu says they change their preparation for that particular dish daily). My mom said she enjoyed her pate however the mussels arrived lukewarm and the accompanying bread was burnt. Not an ideal way to enjoy this type of dish. I asked the server if she would kindly bring bread that was less charred and she said that she could bring more but it would look the exact same due to the way the chefs prepared it. Very odd. She offered to bring untoasted bread instead, so I said yes. The mussels themselves were ok but they weren't cleaned properly and a few of them still had their beards (?) on and one was super sandy. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence in the quality of the food when there isn't care taken in the preparation. There were also a few which were slightly closed so I didn't risk eating those ones. We were still working on our appetizers when our mains arrived (tourtiere for my mom, a burger and fries for me), the timing was too close. As other reviewers noted, this food also did not arrive hot either, but rather lukewarm. Because it was windy and we were still working on our appetizers, our entrees were borderline cold by the time we started eating them. My mom said her tortiere was just ok and so was my burger. The burger itself didn't have a lot of flavour and the fries seemed like they were likely from frozen ones. Sadly, this place could be really awesome if the peeps running the kitchen put a bit more effort into preparation, ensuring the food is hot and using fresh local ingredients. I also read from other reviewers that the menu hasn't changed in years so perhaps an overhaul is due. In it's current state, I would not rush to return and would not recommend visiting unless perhaps coming for just a drink and maybe an appetizer.

Food and view were wonderful! I had the orricchietti and the bruschetta, and loved both. Loved…read moresitting on the patio next to the water. A great find!
