My car came out soaking wet (i guess they are understaffed?) with bugs still all over my bumper and windshield. The worst part is that the deluxe wash includes undercarriage wash, but when I checked when I got home, there was still dust and mud - obviously no water had touched the bottom of the car. I gave one extra star for the employee who pre-rinsed the car. He was friendly and did a fast job. Really disappointed with this car wash, and it was definitely a waste of money.

My car was fairly messy when I came in, I have three kids and a dog. I told him I wanted the car wiped down and vacuumed and the pet hair gone they told me there would be an extra charge for pet hair removal and I said no problem. It took a pretty long time for my car to get done but I expected that because again my car was pretty messy. When I went to pay my backseats were folded forward so I didn't see what the back looked like the front looked OK better than when I came in so I left. The pictures below are of the back of my car after I folded the seats back up I don't think they even vacuumed it and they certainly didn't remove pet hair so I don't know what I paid extra for.
