We explained our situation and last minute adventure and she spoke with Klayne who was nice enough to accommodate us both with getting what we wanted. I loved the options that Klayne had and she was so sweet and conversational. I was very happy with her work and she was fast and courteous. In 2019 I referred my sister to go to this shop because the artist, Ramerio, does a good job! Well…read morehe may do a good job, but he's so unprofessional. My sister ended up having 2 sessions, the first session went okay, she said he took excessive breaks. A few weeks later, almost a month it was time to go for her 2nd session, he wasn't responding to her and when he finally responded he told her that she needed to drive to a different location which was 45 minutes further from the original location. My sister messaged him and told him that it was a huge inconvenience and that she wish he would've responded. He decides to go off on her, not complete the tattoo, etc. Fast forward to October 15, I decided to give him a chance although my sister had a horrible experience (stupid of me I know). He didn't remember the work I wanted to get done and he was sky high (if you get what I mean). Well today, October 26, 11 days after my tattoo, I notice a small portion is faded. At first I thought it was poor lightning in my room but no it's literally faint. I message him and say hey I notice that this part is faint .. can you touch it up it hasn't been 2 weeks. He tells me that it's suppose to be that way, that the tattoo is fine. And I said no it's not suppose to be that way, there's a huge different between 11 days ago and today. He told me that he's book until 2021, that he told me it was going to fade out, etc. My wrist tattoo also looks faded out already. And I just simply told him I was sober during the session unlike him, I remember everything we discussed and you never said that, but that's okay I'll just never go to you again. Moral of the story, don't go here, yes he's talented but it's NOT worth it. If your client care is not important to you, don't be an artist. I should've been loyal to my sister and her experience and NEVER went to him, I was stupid, so really take my advice and don't go here. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
