I also showed him a tattoo I already had which was done by at another shop and he offered to fix it.. His exact words were "by the time you leave this shop it will be 100% better" and it sooo was. I am so happy. Of course I had to pay more but I don't care because it was way better. He added more detail to what I already had. frank just has great judgement. I'm sorry I don't know the pierces name that did my friends nose. But it is a girl and she has a great chest piece and she was sooo nice and professional :) Shop is clean and sanitary. Their most recent inspection is 100 as of December 2015 I would and will definitely recommend to everyone I know. However, the artist I saw here made my tattoo look even worse than it did before the touch up. It looks so botched now. I hate it. Lines are too thick/blocky in places wrong size needle was used. Color/ink did not last very long at all even though I've been keeping it out of the sun and moisturized. Very unhappy with the end result. It's so faded now my best option is to try to save up for laser tattoo removal. Which is more painful than the tattoo it self and crazy expensive great. The antenna on the butterfly looks awful. The tattoo no longer looks dainty and delicate like before. I regret ever coming here. The first tattoo artist (female) I went to was a much better artist and paid much better attention to detail. I just want my money back. I paid $80 in cash but I'm sure the artist would not refund at this point. I also regret getting a belly piercing here it got badly infected at first because cheap jewelry was used. $50 down the drain. The only thing that healed it was using Himalayan sea salt and warm water in a cup. I had to switch to titanium jewelry once it healed. Eventually I just took it out because years later it still gets irritated now I have a permanent scar. I hate to be negative but please do not come here for a touchup or belly piercing. It's almost best to go to the same tattoo artist/body piercer who did the initial tattoo....
