Their website boasts wonderful amenities - a beautiful deck, BBQ, pool and hot tub. Those amenities are only available to people staying for free who are friends of the owners. If you are paying for the RV spot and using the stables for the horses, do not expect to use any amenities. Previous owner provided cleaning and bedding for the horses. Current owner does not. Previous owner allowed any paying guest full access to the property. Current owner does not. If you are staying in the RV spot, watch out for cactus as they do not maintain the landscaping. Your vehicle may get scraped by brush. You can share the outdoor sitting area with the property manager - but the furniture is dirty and decrepit. The property manager lives on-site in an RV. They smoke, so if you want to use that outdoor space, you will share their smoke as well. Wifi Internet is available, but it is iffy. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Current owners are charging the same amount as the previous owners minus any hospitality. Their rates for the RV site and stables are probably one of the most expensive in the entire state of Arizona. Basically, you will be paying top dollar for bottom dollar accommodations. Current owners are delusional and very good at playing mind games. Prepare to be gaslighted on a daily basis. One day they will offer an amenity and the next day they will take it away. If you are a masochist and enjoy paying a huge amount of money to be abused, this is the place to stay. We have traveled all around the country with our horses. This is the ONLY place we have stayed where we had to fight with the owners to get our money back (He demanded payment in full upon our arrival) and the only place we have stayed where we have been harassed because we wanted to use what we were paying for.

I think my favorite part of my visit had to be the classes in particular the fengu shi and numerology class. I definitely can't wait to go home and try some of the things I learned in these classes. I personally didn't want to leave the resort, so I opted for the all inclusive package that included daily spa credit. This to me is a nice option to not have to think about what I'll eat. I also opted in purchasing the shuttle to CIVANA. It was an extra cost that most resorts normally include in total pricing, but it was fine. They have an option to do a time shuttle or pay for private shuttle service as well.

In addition, I did a 20 minute meditation, and that was very peaceful also was treated to facial lymphatic scrub. I really enjoyed that. Overall, we had a really good time at this event, which also featured an opportunity to come back to try a full service product. I'm torn between wanting to do a massage or doing a full service facial. So looking forward to setting that up. What I will say is the spa has a lot of activities outside of your treatments so if you're going to be booking a spa day, make sure you check the calendar to see what other offerings that they have. Very excited for an upcoming spa day and will update my review once I get a full treatment. I will recommend that if you see Savannah after dark pop-up again, it is a really nice way to tour the facilities and get in some mini treatments to see if you would like to come back for the full spa day. The man gave some advice on things we could include in our home and I thought it was a positive exchange. I asked for some info via text that morning and it took him until 6pm that night to get back to me. When I called he never answered. Later the next week I asked if he was available on a Sunday to meet back at the house to speak with my husband. Texted at noon, hadn't heard from him by 9pm that night, so I texted again and tried to call with no response. Next morning he texted back "Hi not available Sunday" but there were no suggestions for other times. So I called the company and told the receptionist what I needed and she said she would have someone get back to me. Two days later and nothing so I called again, left the same info with a male receptionist and he promised to get someone to call me back. Never heard from anyone. If they can't even return a phone call, I don't have confidence they can manage my VRBO. And if this isn't enough to make you stay away from this company, our friends who have signed on with vacayaz have now told us when the power went out in their home, the renters called them directly because the management company wasn't responding. Stay away.
