Lol. :D Without further ado, let's begin this fantastic review. Makenna Koffee (est 2019) at Orange, offering beach and Hawaiian-themed coffee shops. It is located in a shopping plaza on N. Tustin Street. They offer a breadth of coffee (hot/cold) items, teas, specialty energy drinks, blended chillers, smoothies and sodas. Similarly, they sell some pastries and merch. I arrived early morning was perfunctorily greeted by a young female staff. It was my first time visit to this coffee shop, and its interior is visually stimulating with a relaxing Hawaiian vibe. Moreover, the background pop-music playlist gave an upbeat atmosphere which makes drinking more enjoyable. I ordered one of their popular hot drinks called Hawaiian Honey Hot Coffee, a caramel, coconut latte with honey drizzle. And it was brewed perfectly that my coffee neuronal receptors craved for more. Prices were fair given the quality of their drinks. Staff were competent and assiduous. Interior decor was aesthetically pleasing as well as the outdoor seats. The 100% chicken broth with 2-year barrel-aged soy sauce had a deep, savory flavor, with pork chashu, bamboo, spinach and soft-boiled egg bringing everything together. To wash it all down, we had the Mint Cucumber Yuzunade super refreshing, bright, and citrusy, and a great balance to all the rich flavors. I have gone the past 2 years and never had issues getting it on the first day. This year was different. I got there around 5:05 and walked into the shop to see a lot of tables empty. I was shocked to see that. I waited in line with maybe like two people in front of me and guess what they asked of Pliny was still available. The guy working said to the people in front of me that they sold out. It was my turn I asked if they had it and the guy said that they had a line since 3pm and that they sold out of the keg. We ended up getting two beers since we went anyways but that's when things didn't add up. He kept telling all the other people that started to show up the same thing. These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

They have a variety of beers and wine bottled and also in tap. There's a coffee shop to order some lattes or tea in the center. Then they also have some food. There's many tables to sit and it's spacious. Not too busy the time we went and We were able to watch World Cup game without a crazy crowd. We enjoyed our lunch and drinks!
