Our experience with this water purification company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice.
We installed their system in our brand-new home expecting clean, high-quality water. Instead, almost immediately after installation, we began having serious issues throughout the entire house. Our water lines started clogging with a white, sand-like residue that built up everywhere: faucets, showerheads, and even appliances like the washing machine, causing constant blockages and ongoing damage.
We reported the issue right away. I personally spoke with Elias, who identified himself as the supervisor. Rather than taking ownership or offering a solution, he dismissed our concerns and insisted their system was not the cause of the problem.
With no help from the company, we were forced to involve our developer and several independent plumbing professionals. After thorough inspections, they all reached the same conclusion: the material inside the company's tank is breaking down and contaminating the water, which is causing the residue buildup and clogs throughout the home.
Even after presenting this consistent feedback, the company refused to take any responsibility. They would not offer a refund or even partial compensation, leaving us to deal with the damages and repair costs entirely on our own.
What's most alarming is not just the failure of the product, but the complete lack of accountability and customer support. When issues of this magnitude arise. Especially in a brand-new home, you expect a company to step up and make things right. That did not happen here.
We have now escalated the situation and scheduled a consultation with an attorney to explore our legal options.
This has been an expensive, stressful, and completely avoidable experience. Based on what we've gone through, I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Proceed with extreme caution. read more
