I…read moretried their services for the first time this week; I took advantage of their free pickup/delivery (please tip the staff!! they are amazing!) and set a laundry bag of dirty clothes out per my pickup schedule through the site. I had my clothes back, beautifully folded and neatly placed in plastic bags that were contained in my laundry bag the next day. Totally going to use this service more regularly especially since booking is easy. Thank you!

I had 24hrs before the ceremony and stopped by here after a quick google search. They don't typically do super rush jobs but told them my situation and they took care of me. My 2 piece suit and shirt were dry cleaned and pressed next day , I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and made it to the ceremony in time. Total life savers. The staff here were amazingly friendly and understanding. They even took my number to call me when it was ready for pick up and that extra step of awesome customer service really shows why local businesses are better than the big chains. They charged me their normal rate which I super appreciate and made sure to leave a tip for their kindness. Always love supporting local businesses, and if I lived in the area this would be my go to spot for dry cleaning. As far as I could tell area was save and easy to park and cash only. It's clean and no frills. They have a laundry fluff and fold service but I haven't used it yet. I like coming here. It's fine they don't have changes - I can always go to nearby stores. But their unprofessional manner and horrendous customer service made it feel so unfriendly and uncomfortable. Perhaps they don't like good loyal customers coming here. Their goal is accomplished. Go somewhere else if you can. I totally believe Power Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Orange County!…read more Even though I live 35 minutes away without traffic and 45 minutes with traffic I still choose Power Cleaners in Lake Forest to be our dry cleaners because they dry clean and launder all of my clothes and household items perfectly for reasonable prices. I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

I was able to schedule late Monday night for pickup on Tuesday, and everything was neatly folded and delivered by noon on Wednesday. Very clean laundromat…read more Washers work great but not so much the dryers. I don't know how much I spent total to get my clothes to fully dry. They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.

I contacted the owner on Sat to schedule a pick up for 9-10 am on Sun. Had to text to see when she was coming when it was close to 10 am on Sun and got a reply she will be coming after 2 pm. 2:42 pm comes and still no one or any texts. I asked what their eta is and til now (Mon 3 pm), still havent heard from her. Please communicate with customers if there are any changes of plans or if you cannot make it. Couldn't go anywhere after 2 pm because I didn't want to miss the pick up. Horrible service.

She informed that they pick up the clothes the next and deliver that day or next day. First time I called and texted her to pick my clothes over 20 pieces on October 9th '25 at 5:08 pm and never received a call or response. I thought she might have missed or something else happened and therefore, I called her again and texted her on October 11th'25 and sent a text at 12:25 pm. As of today or October 16th there is no response and/or a text. Poor service and I would not recommend irresponsible business run by Maria or who ever else.
