This review is more for the tailor/seamstress and less for the shop. I brought in a dress that needed to have the zipper replaced. I was promised a Friday pickup. Which was perfect since I was wearing the dress for an event on Sunday. I came into the shop on Friday and picked up my dry cleaning and was told the dress wasn't ready, and to come back the next day. Which to be frank was annoying. I drove out from Dana Point to Santa Ana since I had read amazing reviews. Later I got a call from the shop that the tailor had to order more zippers and the dress wouldn't be ready till sometime next week. Which sucked, since I had to scramble at the last minute to find a new outfit. While I appreciated the heads up from the store, they need a better prepared tailor. I sadly will not be returning again. read more

I finally found a dry cleaner in Tustin that I can trust. I just wish I had found them earlier, before I had a few irreplaceable garments ruined by other dry cleaners closer to me. So far they have cleaned dresses, sweaters, jackets, and comforters for me as well as let out the hem in a pair of slacks/trousers for me. After reviewing multiple dry cleaning services, I chose to come here because of the reviews. Unfortunately my husband and I's experience was not the greatest. I brought in our cal king down cover, which they told us would be ready in 3 days.. that's fine but when it came time to pick up our down cover, we were told "they couldn't find it, and to come back the next day." Couldn't find it?... then come the next day.. my husband goes to pick it up and it was not even ready.. it was in the dryer! The smell of the down cover was not the greatest and when I took it out of the plastic bag, there were crumbs.. we will not be coming back here. read more

Walked in for the first time on a Saturday with three pieces that I needed dry cleaned for a wedding the following week. Of course my wife and I waited until the last minute to take our stuff to the cleaners. Blue Line was able to get our clothes turned around a day earlier than normal. Very professional all the way around. Not sure if prices are normal compared to other cleaners in the area but they aren't extremely high. I needed to get some men's shirt and slacks altered for a wedding that I was in where I chose to wear what the men were wearing g. It was for my best friend and needless to say that there wasn't a female version of the outfit for time to buy. I took it to the cleaners about 2 1/2 weeks in advanced to make sure there wasn't enough time to get everything done try it on and check if any other alterations were needed. Both the shirt AND slacks were done within one week. It was fast and painless and the gentlemen at the front was so sweet. He really made sure I was comfortable where they were going to make the alterations at. It was worth spending the money and I looked damn good in the men's outfit. Excellent cleaners! I was actually trying to find another place but they were closed a few days before thanksgiving. This one wasn't though! The owners of the place are a husband and wife and I called first to inquire how much it would cost for a wedding dress. The starting price is ~$80 but it really depends on what kind of dress it is. He didn't want to misquote me so told me his wife would text me when she went in later on. Her response came within a couple of hours and it was ~$125. I think it's extremely reasonable considering my dress had a cathedral train and 3 different layers. The bottom was filthy from after the wedding and she did such an excellent job. It was also finished a couple days before the pickup time as well. It is all white and new! I will be using it again next year so it's perfect! read more

Horrible tailoring and dishonest business practices. The change in ownership has been a complete downslide for customers. I dropped off a suit jacket to have the midsection taken in and when I got it back, the poor tailoring quality caused the midsection to ruffle up when it was buttoned. I left the jacket so they could fix it and one week later, I got it back with zero changes made. It fits worse than when I dropped it off. To rub salt in the wound, they laid something heavy on top of it that dented the shoulders of the jacket, so now it has divots at the tops of the shoulders. As far as dishonest business practices: they lied repeatedly about what they would charge for the repairs. The cashier girl Initially said it was $10 (she later lied by denying this.) After all the issues, the owner left me a voicemail stating he would not charge for the repairs given the mistakes and two week delay. When I went to pick up my jacket, he said he had quoted me $25 which is a flat out lie. The receipts prove this. Now, after dropping off my jacket with two weeks to go before my event, I am left scrambling to find a tailor that can fix what Blue Line Cleaners screwed up with just two days to go before I need my suit. Yes, they kept it for two weeks. Avoid this place at all costs. They will damage your clothing, leave it fitting worse than before, and lie to you to overcharge you. read more

I am customer for around 3 months now and I am very happy I found this place. Done dry cleaning here and multiple alterations. -Dry cleaning does the job and clothes are ironed/pressed and cleaned very well. -The person that does alterations is very skilled and knows what he is doing. I had a lot of experience with different alteration places in Europe and in US, heck I myself did tailoring for some time, couple of years ago. So I know what to look for and how the process looks like. I had zipper in my cotton pants replaced from regular, cheap, brocken zipper to good, hidden, toned to color of the pants, zipper. I had waist taken in, in jeans and linen shorts. If you don't know how it works, you can not imagine how labor intensive it is. I have small waist 23.6 jn and 38.5in bottom. I always have trouble finding pants that suit me. I usually buy size that fits my bottom, but waist is always huge. So the transition of the fabric (from the waist down) should be perfect. So I bought a kill bill themed bathing suit online and didn't show me that the bottom part was a clip on. I obviously didn't feel very comfortable and I have absolutely no idea how to sew whatsoever. I found this cleaners right across my place and saw what they can do for me. I was greeted by friendly workers and asked me what the problem was right away. I told them I needed my bathing suit fixed by tomorrow night, which I thought they were going to decline right away due to short notice. But she checked it out and told me she'll see what she can do and told me to leave it there. I stopped by, next afternoon, and it was already sewed!!! I was super happy that they fixed it and it saved me lots of money and trip to by a new one. The price was only $10 and honestly I wanted to give them more due to their friendly service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in to drop off my clothing to be tailored and pressed. Was told it would be done by Friday at 5 PM. Great, not a problem. Called on Thursday to see if they can finish it earlier since I was in a rush at that moment. Was put on hold on the phone for 5 minutes and the line dropped. Called back and no one picked up, so I figured I would just go in the morning to get my questions answered. Came in on Friday morning around 11 AM to see if it could be completed earlier. Older lady told me she would go pick up the tailoring and asked me to wait but I said I could come back. Called again at 1 PM to see if the tailoring was picked up, and that's where it all went downhill. The older white lady was extremely rude, would not let me speak over the phone, and extremely aggressive. Not sure if she has never learned phone etiquette, but when a customer calls to try and understand what's going on and clear a misunderstanding, you listen to what they have to say and try to resolve the issue instead of saying "we're understaffed and I told you come back later". Great tailoring and press, extremely bad customer service. I'll take my items elsewhere and not be disrespected and yelled at for asking a question. read more
