I recently had four sheer curtain panels shortened at Pink Panther Cleaners establishment. While I am pleased with the quality of the alterations and the final length, I was disappointed to find that the weighted beads were not included in the new bottom hems. Weighted beads inserted into the bottom hem are essential for sheer fabrics to ensure they hang and drape properly, prevent flaring, and improve drapery, particularly for light fabrics and sheers. Given the $100 total cost for the service, I expected this standard detail to be included. I did not notice this until I returned home to hang the curtains. While the alterations workmanship is good, the panels feel incomplete without these weights. read more

The drive-thru service is wonderful. As a disabled person it's so convenient & hassle-free not having to search & [hopefully] find a handicapped parking space, get out of the car, setup the walker just to pick up dry cleaning. They hang them on the backseat hook or lay them in trunk, whichever one I say works better for me. They call when the clothing is ready for pick up earlier than expected. They offer a clothes 'washing' (fluff & fold) service which I've utilized. Had ALL my laundry done! Also have had pants hemmed (I'm short!), elastic replaced, & a long skirt repaired. Incredible, professional, inexpensive service. This is absolutely the spot you should go to for all your dry-cleaning needs. I called on extremely short notice to get a blazer, shirt, and trousers cleaned and pressed for my senior portraits the next day and I was expecting to pay a lot extra for the expedited service (totally reasonable, everywhere else I called quoted me about 60 dollars for everything). At Pink Panther Cleaners, it all worked out to about 30 bucks, expedited service included. I was blown away and my items were returned to me looking pristine and perfect for my photos. The customer service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to address my needs. This our go to shop. People have always been friendly and we have never had any problem receiving our items back. This is a family-run establishment, and I enjoy supporting local businesses. Items are done when they say they are, never lost any of our things, and they will try to rush certain items if you need them cleaned more quickly. Drive Through Operation: they operate by a drive through on the right-hand side of the building (I have also walked up before), service is always prompt and they usually come to me and open my door to take out and receive items, great service! I usually never actually get out of my car. Cleaning and pricing: I really appreciate their fair pricing and thorough work. I dropped off my wedding gown (after deciding to clean it after more than 1 year since I was afraid of the cost of cleaning it, and was debating if it was worth it), and they had to clean it 2X since there was so much sand in it, and it cost me $30 to clean. Money hungry dry cleaner repeat money hungry. I went to drop off my clothes for dry cleaning just moved to the neighborhood. So the lady gives me a price list I have 7 items and saw it and it was fine. I pull out my clothes from the bag and as soon as she sees they are designer she's like oh these are the prices for children clothes then adds on roughly an extra 5-10 dollars an item. Now I'm looking at her price list and no where does it state it's childrens clothing. I leave my clothes and then decide to come back coz I could see she is blatantly ripping me off. I come back get my clothes and explain to her how I feel. She then says to me "I actually didn't charge you enough as your clothes were Versace and Louis Vuitton" since when does the brand of clothes decide the price rather than the material it's made from? The nicest people, this family run business is one of the best dry cleaners I've experienced. I've gone thru many that do basic work and sometimes can't even do basic steaming for whatever reasons. But The main owner always assures me he can try his best to remove stains and never fails to surprise me. Even on items I don't have expectations on, they always figure out how to remove. Had some really tough (oily and sticky) stains on a light-blue suit jacket made from a silk-wool blend. The stains had a "splatter" pattern from unknown source. A fellow dry cleaner recommended taking my suit to Pink Panther as they have the highest quality equipment. The owner was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and charged a reasonable price.
