I went to this salon based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I told him i didn't want to cut too short and described what I wanted. They said ok just 3 inches shorter. He ended up cutting way more. At least 5-6 inches. They said "No he didn't cut much, look at the cut strands on the floor they're not long." Please! He cut several times in the same place. Don't insult my intelligence. Then i wanted to see the cut since i have curly hair. He styled and straighted my hair so flat and straight. I didn't ask for this. He charged me $45 for style! I ended up walking out unhappy $100 less. They dont listen to the customer. Maybe it's the language barrier. It wouldn't have mattered if they did a good job. read more

The only good thing I can say about this place is the haircut was excellent. But the balayage they did lets me with brown and white hair that looked very unnatural. I was like "okay now they dye it right? I told them I wanted it to go from brown to copper. Like orange. Not white. They tried to sent me off like that. So I said no I want copper. And clearly showed them, again, the handful of copper hair they had just cut off and said "this color. the same color". They thought i was trying to express something about how much hair they cut off. The communication was rough. But they eventually get that I want more color, and dye it again. Adding more brown to the top.... What. Still white at the bottom. I'm happy because the fade looked more natural, now they're going to dye it right? Nope. Had to show them one more time what color. They brought out their color book and pointed at the color I wanted. And they said "that's too red" and straight up gave me a different shade of blonde. At this point having had my hair treated three times over three and a half hours I was exhausted and said fine, I'll go fix it with some dye in the pharmacy. They proceed to blowdry it for me (also was not told it was extra) into what was the most horrendous style I have ever seen. I left in tears after paying extra for the awful styling and all three incorrect dye jobs. Worst nearly $360 I have ever spent. Cut was solid after a wash, but I wouldn't leave them in charge of anything beyond that. read more

I just took my teenage son with long hair to this salon today. I loved the hair cut he got, he loved the hair cut and his look, the customer service was amazing, friendly and professional. They listened what and how my son wanted to cut his long hair. I am definitely coming back and I will come back for my hair cut too. When I called to set an appointment I only spoke with Rajaa the receptionist , because the lady who did my hair "Wupa" does not speak English. So with that being said when I was finished and ready to pay Rajaa quickly added another $45.00 to my bill. Which I asked what that was for. She said for the blow dry, well I was never informed of the extra cost or option. My hair was just blowdried. When I questioned it, the Rajaa , mind you my conversations were only with her, she said "Oh Wupa didn't tell you"? I said no, we never had a conversation because Wupa only communicated with the Rajaa . And basically stated that she would talk with Wupa. I left and called to state my concern again, the Rajaa yelled at me and hung up, and did not answer my calls. While I was there, I witnessed Hisham give two different men a haircut at different times. When he was done and gave the men the price $75.00 each individually, they both were appalled at the price as stated over the phone. This was the worst hair salon experience I've ever had in my entire life and I've had a few bad ones firstly, I just asked for partial highlights just on my roots and they and pulled it all the way through and my hair is fried and coming out in clumps and the guy that did my hair got bleach all over my face, and in my eyes and all over my clothes as he was blow drying it, not exaggerating I was literally covered in bleach and inhaling it and my hair is fried falling out. I'm appalled at the service. The guy that checked me in was really nice. My hair is three different colors and they were very pushy about me cutting it and I did not want to cut my hair and I had to tell them multiple times but yeah they basically ruined my hair and it doesn't look different than when I got ruined.
