This store is designed with weathered wooden beams, vintage signage and a cozy old west aesthetic. The store feels like you're immersed in a mining town! This is the go to be place for Disney pin traders. You'll find an array of collectible pins, lanyards, pin books, and even limited edition releases! Cast Members often provide pin trading as well making it a great stop for collectors looking to swap and discover new designs! The selection changes often which keeps the experience unique! The shop also offers a rotating stock of souvenirs, western inspired apparel, accessories, and small keepsakes! This is a great place to stop and shop! I put it on lay away/finance in which we set up payment arrangements. I faithfully went in every two weeks to make payments. Last week, I went to make my FINAL payment and have my furniture delivered to my house. To my surprise, the business doors was locked and when I peeked through the window, ALL of his furniture was gone!!! I was devastated and shocked at the same time. I drove out to his other location and to my surprise, I faced the same nightmare. HE WAS GONE!!! I contacted Better Business Bureau and the Consumer complaint office in Tallahassee Fl, they told me that its unfortunate that he did this and they would keep my info on file just in case anyone else complains. I know I am not the only one out there that this guy has done this to. BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!! I am going to file a case with the Osceola County Small Claims court. There's one cologne here which my husband really loves, and over the years I've purchased several bottles of it. There are so many various items here. Prices range from reasonable to extremely expensive. The most I've personally ever spent here for nearly $400 for a handmade plaster mask. It's large and hangs on the wall of my living room. I love it. It's a very unique piece and people always ask me about it. Make sure to stop and take a peek inside this store while you're touring the World Showcase. Be careful bringing in strollers and hang onto your small children. This shop tends to get crowded and there are many breakable items around.

I actually got several items here, including some sweatpants for my sister, a little pillow, and perhaps my favorite item, a plush Belle doll for my daughter. She has never seen the movie, but something about this doll left an impression because it is the only thing she picked wanted whilst we were her at Disney World. And Belle has been on several rides with us now! The staff were very friendly and personable. Oddly, one of the women who helped us is a doppelgänger for my best friends sister. Though we stopped in the shop for a bit of air conditioning, we found some nice little treasures and it's a place you should make a stop if you're around.

The whole area has this French village ambiance, which fits perfect for Fantasyland! Bonjour! Village gifts sells Beauty and the Beast items and collectables themed after the film! There are some of Belle's town details throughout like bookshop and village detail! The merchandise is focused on Beauty and the Beast, with Belle themed souvenirs, artwork, collectibles, apparel, and mugs! I also noticed it felt a little calmer and less crowded than some of the larger Magic Kingdom stores, which made it easier to actually browse and appreciate the details! One thing to know is that the shop can sometimes open later in the day compared to the rest of Fantasyland, so it's worth checking the hours if you specifically want to stop there. The store also closes earlier too. I thought Bonjour! Village Gifts was one of the more charming shops in Magic Kingdom. After all that time spent, the uncomfortable feeling they gave me that they don't "sell that unit anymore" so I couldn't get it under warranty through them. They would have to contact the manufacturer to get it under warranty. After all those calls just to be placed on hold from them, and STILL not have an answer from them after all the information was given, weeks later. I am taking my customers elsewhere. To have to deal with THAT for a simple blower motor under warranty I can't imagine what so many people will have to go through with them for their warranty process...

If you're traveling with kids or if you're a Frozen fan yourself, it's pretty hard not to stop and browse! This was one of my go to stops after riding the Frozen Ever After ride while visiting Orlando Florida for a conference. The shop feels like an extension to the ride! There are plenty of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Sven items, but you'll also find some Norway inspired merchandise mixed in throughout the store. The selection was impressive too. Plush characters, apparel, ornaments, mugs, toys, and collectibles filled the shelves. There seemed to be something for every type of Frozen fan, whether you wanted a small souvenir or something more substantial to take home. Even if you're not planning to buy anything, it's worth taking a few minutes to walk through! The theming is well done, and it continues that Nordic atmosphere from the ride and pavilion.
