Celina did the florals for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. She was such a pleasure to work with, so kind, so responsive, and overall such a joy. Everything looked absolutely STUNNING. I would 100% recommend her, time and time again.
Celina did the floral arrangements for my ceremony. She created the arbor and altar flowers, boutonnieres, my MOH bouquet, and bridal bouquet. I really had a tough time picking my color palette and I must have changed my design and asked for at least 10 quotes from Celina, but each time, she was really pleasant and accommodating. About a month before the wedding, I changed my design and she accommodated me and about two days before the wedding, I decided to move it indoors because of the weather and she accommodated that request too. I can't say enough nice things about Celina, especially when you are stressed out over wedding planning, she just makes the entire floral process easy. We constantly emailed to narrow down my vision and try to maintain my budget. She responded quickly and really worked with me to keep the flowers within my budget. I also want to point out that Celina's arrangements were beyond my expectations and were more beautiful than I could have ever dreamt of. I absolutely loved her work and how she decorated the space. The flowers were beautiful and lasted the entire day and then some. It really made my wedding special and I'm so happy that I went with Celina.
We couldn't have asked for a better florist! I discovered Celina through an Instagram post by our wedding venue, Bel-Air Bay Club. After browsing numerous florists' Instagram pages, Celina's stood out to me the most. I fell in love with her floral arrangement style and decided to reach out. Our consultation went wonderfully--she truly listened to my floral visions. Initially, I didn't think I wanted many flowers. At that point, I wasn't sure what I wanted. As our wedding planning progressed, I realized how important beautifully arranged flowers were to me. I ended up wanting more flowers than I had originally thought. In the months leading up to the wedding, I contacted Celina multiple times to add more flowers and make changes. She was incredibly patient and accommodating, and I'm so grateful for that. On the wedding day, I didn't interact much with Celina and her team, except for a quick wave when she delivered my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, and groomsmen's boutonnieres. I fell in love with my bouquet immediately. Walking down the aisle, I was overwhelmed by the stunning floral arrangements on the arch--they were breathtaking and far exceeded my expectations. My groom was equally impressed by the beautiful arrangements, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting the flowers. Celina also decorated the welcome sign with flowers, and it looked gorgeous! I adored how she decorated our wedding cake, leaving room for my cat cake toppers and creating the most adorable arrangement that made it look like our cats were in a flower field. It was the best cake floral arrangement we had ever seen. The centerpieces on the guests' tables were also stunning. I could go on and on about every single floral arrangement Celina did for us. In summary, she perfectly captured the romantic garden vibe we envisioned. Thank you so much, Celina, for making our wedding day even more beautiful than we could have imagined!
Celina did our wedding flowers and it was such an amazing experience working with her. She was very mindful of our budget and did her best to meet what we wanted with the budget we had for our florals. Celina was very responsive, even taking phone meetings so that she understood what we were imagining for our wedding. The small details she put in each floral decoration so so beautiful and truly made me feel like I was getting married in a garden. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends. Celina was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and I couldn't have asked for a better florist for our wedding day! I had spent a long time going back and forth with the vision of florals for our wedding - but she listened to everything. She created my bouquet, all my bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, center table pieces, our sweetheart table, aisle arrangements, a mantle arrangement. Just WOW. Our reception room was a true fairytale and all the arrangements had so much personality and went beyond the typical wedding floral look - which is what I was exactly wanting. I had found Celina through our venue and we were so glad we took the extra time to find her because her arrangements completely changed the mood, feel and experience of our wedding. I've heard of Celina and Violette's Flowers from my Aunt who got married a few years back. She was highly recommended by my family, so I definitely wanted to have her as my florist for my wedding. She responded immediately to my inquiry, and definitely was open to work with our budget and all the tiny details we've requested. Throughout the entire wedding planning period, we have made plenty of changes and she was extremely accommodating to them all! The moment I saw all the flowers in my bridal suite, my heart melted. I was truly amazed and was ecstatic that she has incorporated some of my favorite flowers into the mix. Celina is super amazing and definitely will recommend to my future bride friends!

After browsing through many florists' portfolios, I knew right away that I wanted Celina to be my engagement and wedding florist. She specifically customized her arrangements to fit your wedding inspirations and your budget. In the end, Celina did not disappoint. She picked flowers that were out of the ordinary! My wedding photographer couldn't stop complimenting how much he loved the flowers for both the engagement shoot and the wedding. The guests were so in love with the arrangements as well to the point they asked if they could take the flowers home! My favorite was how Celina incorporated cherry blossoms to our flower meadows. They were so fragrant and so stunning! Still swooning over the flowers! My husband and I would like to thank you for making our wedding one-of-a-kind, Celina!
Our dreamy wedding came to life with the help of Celina of Violette's Flowers! She came highly recommended from our wedding planner Just Merried Events and I knew instantly from the very first meeting that it was a perfect match! Celina brought us into her shop so we could chat flowers. She is so personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about her art. After two pandemic postponements we finally had our wedding in February. Due to the wait and change in season we switched up our color palette but left the details up to Celina and boy did she deliver! I mean the pictures are stunning but in person everything from arch to sweetheart table was even more magical. She even decorated our cake and made flower girl crowns! Our aesthetic was romantic palm springs and let's just say she understood the assignment! Thank you Celina for being understanding despite the postponements. You are truly a master of the craft. Violette's flowers did an incredible job with all the floral pieces for our 1 year anniversary party! I don't have the official photos from our photographer back yet, but these are pics a few days after our event and they still look so beautiful. Celina is super responsive, really gets to know what kind of flowers you like and what you're looking for, and makes amazing arrangements. All our guests loved the florals too and people were so excited at the end of the event to take them home! Love love loved working with Violette's Flowers - I'll definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them :)
Celina was a great florist for my wedding. She was very communicative, thorough, and kind. I considered flowers one of the most important elements of my wedding and even with last minute changes to the types of flowers, she was able to accommodate my request as best as she could. We hired Celina for our September 2018 wedding! Celina is pro. She is great with communication and was amazing working with my budget! She was so reasonable, she didn't push me to buy more than what I needed. Day of the wedding, everyone was blown away at her arrangements. From the bridal bouquet, sweet heart table arrangements, all the way down the boutonnieres, we got some many compliments. I have never heard compliments about boutonnieres until our wedding day. My favorite part about her style was that she really understands how to combine different flowers types, leaf shapes, and sizes to really create a great arrangement. It isn't just sticking flowers together. She has a 2K minimum but it was so worth it! She threw in a free bridal bouquet toss and flowers for our cake :) Thank you so much, Celina T^T!
If I could give 10 stars for Celina, I seriously would. I am utterly in LOVE with my florals for my wedding. It's almost 2 months since my wedding day and whenever I look at my wedding photos, I just fall back in love with how romantic my florals came out. I found Violette's Flowers on IG and even happier to see they were local to me (before I moved). I sent Celina an email and received a quick response back. From there we set up a meeting and the rest is history. Celina is the sweetest person you'll meet. She's the kind of person you'll want to make friends with after. I know I did. She really saw my vision, enhanced it and put that into reality. She worked with me on my budget and I still got the flowers I envisioned for my wedding day. She's flexible and reliable. I had some other ideas I wanted to add-on a couple months before the day and she was able to come through with it. Celina also did flowers for one of my closest friend's wedding. If our weddings weren't so close to date, we would have been in each other's wedding, that close of a friend. Her flowers were so dreamy! I think I've found my florist for life, as long as she's in business. I am selfish and I don't want to share her. But she's so good! So if you're looking for a florist for any occasion, I think you can stop looking because you've found her. Violette's Flowers for the win!
I would give Celina 10 stars if there was an option to do so. Celina is talented and down-to-earth, which makes her so pleasant to work with! The biggest factor behind my decision to work with Celina was her professionalism. She had great email etiquette and was timely with her responses. Prior to Celina, I was feeling discouraged and stressed from dealing with 4 other florists who were out of my budget and simply just stopped responding to me. With Celina, she approached the matter with an open mind and patiently walked me through the process, making revisions that met my needs. It was the consultation I was looking for and I knew instantly I wanted to work with her. As for my flowers, I could not have been happier! From the start, I was clueless about what I wanted, but I trusted Celina to take the lead for me. Celina was able to work with my wedding color (dusty rose) and produce the vibe I was looking for - something elegant, classy, and timeless. The circle arch she put up was breathtakingly beautiful - it blew my expectations away! I had shown her a sample of what I liked and she simply made mine so much better! To help me save some money, Celina took my request into consideration and was able to re-purpose part of the flowers on my arch for my sweetheart table. Her execution was just above and beyond everything I had asked for. Celina is talented and has amazing artistic vision. You will not regret working with her.

Celina is amazing! She is very sweet and a pleasure to communicate with. We went with a fall theme for our wedding and wanted orange as the main color. She listened and took into account all aspects of our wedding vision and brought it to life with the most gorgeous arrangements. My guests were raving about how beautiful the florals were. I don't have the professional photos yet, but you can even tell from the phone pictures how incredible they looked. Celina is truly a master of florals! Flowers were super important to me and we definitely had a vision for our April 27th wedding. Celina brought our vision to life and then some!! From the first time we met in person, I knew Celina was the right choice! She understood what we were looking for and knew she could make it happen. When we had our complimentary centerpiece mock-up, she patiently worked with me to ensure the perfect centerpiece. Her prices are reasonable and fair and she's super transparent about everything! She worked with us to repurpose our florals on the big day and creatively shared ways we could liven up the ceremony space without adding costs. Celina is truly accommodating and professional! I can't say enough great things! And you can see that she did an AMAZING job on our florals. I was so excited about the bridal bouquet, the arch, and the touches of florals and greenery to everything! Our guests were literally awed by the beautiful florals and we got compliments all night! Hands down my favorite vendor for my March 12, 2016 wedding! When budgeting for my wedding, I had initially wanted to DIY all my flowers to save some money. Of course, before making that decision I had emailed a couple of florists for a quote and each came back with quotes at $3-4k or more for the flowers I had in mind (hydrangeas, roses, and other flowers mixed in). $3-4k!! Not what a budget conscious bride has in mind. So, I spent hours upon hours researching how to create the centerpieces I had in mind, where to buy the flowers, etc. I even did a run through and everything about 6-7 months prior to make sure that it was even doable. It wasn't until approximately 5 months before the wedding that I had a constant stream of relatives tell me that it was a bad idea to DIY and pretty much pushed me to find myself a florist (why didn't they complain about it to me sooner?!?). So I once again emailed a couple of more florists nearby and hoped to find something good. And then I found Violette's Flowers. I'm soo glad that I found Celina through yelp. She's one of the most easy-going and down to earth people I've met :) During our initial meeting, we went through the types of flowers I liked or didn't like, colors, textures, arrangement sizes, etc. She emailed me a quote a couple of hours later and, YAY, it fit right within my budget. She scheduled a mockup of the centerpiece about one month before the wedding and the flowers were actually much larger than I thought they would be. She was also very flexible when I had to add in a couple more centerpieces 2-3 weeks before my wedding because our guest count ended up higher than expected. Also, Celina always responded very quickly to my emails which I loved! Overall, I loved the flowers! And I'm glad I went with a florist because the day before the wedding (which would've been spent DIYing ) was definitely WAY too hectic and I'm glad I had one less thing to worry about. I want to thank Celina for my beautiful bouquet, I was looking for something small and simple. I also requested for dark tone flowers with a touch of white. When I went to pick up the bouquet I was so pleased that I could not stop looking at it, because it came out soooo beautiful. 10/10 in my books, I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for any type of flower arrangement service. read more

We could not be happier with the incredible work that Celina did for our wedding day! From the moment we sat down with her to discuss the flowers, we were completely in sync! She understood exactly what we wanted right away, made incredible suggestions for some amazing flowers that I didn't even know existed and executed everything on the wedding day beyond expectation. I am sincerely so grateful to Celina! Because our wedding venue was already such a dramatic location, we wanted to keep the decor very simple but wanted the flowers to have an ethereal, romantic quality. Celina is awesome! After my initial meeting with her I was sure I would book her. She takes time to understand your vision and offers inspiration pictures and her pro suggestions. You can feel her passion for her work. We had several changes with floral design along the way but she was always accommodating and professional. It was amazing to see her work come together on the day of our wedding. Her floral arrangements and circle arch really set the mood for our wedding. If you're on the fence about booking Celina... why?! Just book her. You won't regret it! read more

My wife and I used Violette's flowers for our recent wedding and we were so happy we did! Celina is an incredibly talented florist with absolutely flawless day-of execution! From the start, Celina really wanted to understand our vision for the wedding, and offered her ideas along the way. We began to totally trust her as our guide and we are so glad we did. The hand held and table arrangements, small details, and the absolutely stunning arch, were all unique and amazing quality. Celina and crew also repurposed our outdoor ceremony flowers for indoor decorations which was awesome! The short star is due to a meeting issue that we feel was resolved well by Celina, but understandably affected our experience. So bottom line, hire Celina and Violette's if you want amazing quality and craftsmanship. You will not be let down! read more

Celina was a delight to work with. She was very easy going from the beginning and is very knowledgeable about flowers. Depending on when your wedding is, different flowers are in season while others are not. She is also able to find more affordable replacements for certain flowers if requested. She is very organized and provides everything on a very clear and easy to understand spreadsheet. She was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. She is also very good at re-using certain flowers so that it doesn't cost you as much. Her eye for arrangements is AMAZING. We were so happy with her arrangements and got many compliments from our wedding guests. Everyone was fighting to take home the centerpieces!! Celina is amazing - her work, her attitude, her professionalism! I'm so lucky my planner (Lilian at Just Merried Events) connected us. She is super sweet, down-to-earth, and so talented. From our first phone call, I had complete faith in Celina. She was really easy to talk to & totally understood our vision. It was fun to bounce ideas off of her. Emailing her was super easy and she was always quick to respond. I visited her flower shop for a preview and I was already blown away. She totally took my vision and made it even better than I could imagine. She added these really cool flowers (I forget the name...) to the tabletop arrangements that really elevated the whole look. Also, it's so awesome to see in action in her flower shop - she is such a #girlboss! On the actual wedding day, we were blown away. Seriously! She put so much work into our arrangements, especially the ceremony arch. We went with a tropical theme and she made these beautiful orchid hanging arrangements - it looked so magical. When I saw my bouquet for the first time, I teared up. So many emotions that day and it really hit me seeing everything come together (& even better than I could have ever imagined). Her pricing fit our wedding budget and she was really flexible in making the quote meet our budget. First yelp review ever for my girl, Celina! I was recommended to her by a fellow bride, and right from our very first consultation meeting I already knew Celina understood my vision, probably even better than I did. She listened to what I wanted, provided her own recommendations (which were always awesome!), and always made sure everything fell within our budget. The biggest plus with Violette's Flowers is that I honestly didn't need to worry too much about anything once I met with Celina. I described what I wanted, and she took it from there. If I had changes or new ideas here and there, she handled it, and I completely trusted her expertise. Couldn't ask for much more when you're planning a wedding! Celina is amazing! We were referred to Violette's Flowers by our wedding planner (Just Merried Events, who is also amazing by the way!). Celina is a true professional and just a pleasure to work with. I already knew I wanted to work with Celina just based off her work on Instagram, I did not bother meeting or consulting with other florists. During our initial consultation with Celina, she asked me what I had in mind for our wedding regarding themes, colors, and style. I showed her a few photos and gave her some of my preferences, but for the most part I left the design, flower choices, and the arrangement details up to her expertise. Communicating with Celina is a breeze, she's very prompt in responding to emails and very accommodating to any changes, even up to the last 2 weeks prior to our wedding day. I added floral crowns for my bridesmaids and she made sure it was possible. I also made a few changes when I came into view my mock up center piece, and she gladly helped with updating my order. Our wedding day was a dream because Celina did a fantastic job helping me bring my floral vision to life. Her attention to detail is amazing and everything was perfect! read more

This review is long overdue!! But since I don't have an account I (the bride) am using my husband's account. First off, Celina was a vendor dream come true!!! Not only is she super easy to work with (I made several changes- some last minute- to our invoice prior weeks/days prior to our wedding), and she was more than happy to accommodate to these changes. She took our theme into consideration and created arrangements that were exactly what we envisioned. We had Celina do our church flowers (aisle and altar arrangements), personal flowers, centerpiece and sweetheart table and we received several compliments on how beautiful they were. My husband and I were extremely happy with how everything turned out!! I would easily recommend Celina to anyone who asks because not only is she kind and a pleasure to work with, but her work is fantastic!!! I had a mostly DIY wedding, but flowers were one thing I knew better than to attempt myself. This is where Celina of Violette's Flowers comes in and based on my June wedding experience, I definitely made the right decision. I met with Celina for a consultation soon after I found her (about 8 months before the big day). I already had a good idea of what flowers I wanted based on what would be in season and came prepared with sample photos I'd found online. Celina made me feel confident that she understood what I liked and didn't like and it was a relief for me to find such a down-to-earth, responsive, and friendly wedding vendor! Based on the consultation, Celina mocked up a preliminary invoice for me to work with. I bounced some more ideas off of her in regards to table centerpieces, but ultimately accepted that my tiny floral budget would only cover the personal flowers for the bridal party. At a Chinese wedding banquet, any table centerpiece usually ends up on the floor anyway since the 10-course meal takes up every inch of valuable space! So wedding flowers were happily checked off on my long list of to-dos until the last month's flurry of activity. I had to request some adjustments based off of more information and decisions my fiancé and I had made (i.e. decoration of our last-minute cake, addition of a "rose ceremony" for our parents) and Celina readily accommodated these changes. It was so worth it to not have to stress about my wedding flowers or worry at all about the vendor because I trusted Celina to do a great job. On the wedding day, the flowers were beautiful and exactly what I'd hoped for. Now if only all my vendors could have lived up to my expectations as well as Violette's Flowers did...that being said, hire them if you want flowers to be part of the things that *did* go right on your wedding day! read more

I found out about Celina through a few mutual friends. She was the first florist I consulted for my wedding and the only florist I wanted to book with (even though I had several other florist appointments that day). She is very friendly and her work is amazing! You can tell that she loves what she does and she definitely puts the customer first. The other local florists I consulted with were the total opposites in personality and their styles were really out of date. It was a no-brainer choosing Celina as my florist! Celina was helpful and proactive throughout the entire process. I sent her my inspiration board on Pinterest and she interviewed me on what I liked and didn't like. I knew nothing about flowers but she was still able to translate my vague ideas into a creative and detailed plan. The end results were absolutely beautiful! My floral arrangements looked like a conglomeration of all my Pinterest ideas but so much better! I would wholeheartedly recommend Celina to anyone looking for quality flowers uniquely arranged at a reasonable price along with great customer service! Thank you Celina!!! :) read more

I cannot say enough about Celina! She was an absolute blessing to work with! Our coordinator had recommended her and we are sooo happy with the results. From the first day we met her to our wedding day, Celina did everything we wanted and more. Our centerpieces were stunning and our arch for our ceremony was gorgeous. Our family asked for an absurd amount of boutonnieres and Celina handled it like a pro. We were blown away by how our flowers turned out and so happy that we worked with Celina for our wedding. This review is definitely way overdue. I got married this past April & Celina was the floral designer for my wedding. Celina is the sweetest person & was more than amazing to work with! From our first meeting, I instantly knew that I was going to hire her. I explained the concept & color scheme of my wedding & she completely understood what I wanted. She pointed out to me which flowers would work best for my budget (she really knows her florals!!) & even gave me a breakdown of the prices so I knew exactly where my money was going. Celina did the floral design for my September 2015 wedding at the La Canada Thursday Club. I found her work on Instagram and thought it was beautiful. From the viewpoint of a cost-conscious bride, I was really appreciative of the fact that she did not require an order minimum to work on my wedding. Celina is kind and attentive and always responded quickly to my emails. I often had a hard time communicating my vision or design aesthetic (I was all over the place!), but Celina was able to take all of the different things I threw at her and turn it into a cohesive color palette and a really beautiful event. We were able to see a mock-up of the centerpiece about a month before the event, but the bouquets, floral head piece, and ceremony installation really blew me away on the day of the wedding. Celina and her team were amazing! We received so many compliments from our guests and other vendors about how beautiful the flower arrangements were. Celina made the entire process stress-free, from the first meeting, to the setup on the day off, and coming back after the wedding to break down the arrangements and clean up. I was nervous because I had a difficult time deciding what type of arrangement I wanted, and ended I'm sending a variety of pictures/ changing my mind a few times.
