This place has some of the most unique and beautiful stone slabs we have seen in our quest for stone countertops. Higher price, definitely higher quality. I selected a quartzite slab from Tutto Marmo after a long search spanning several different companies. Most shoppers here are escorted by a designer or fabricator, though you can definitely shop alone. Just smile as you walk through the entrance as if you've been there before. Unless you actually want help. The product here I feel is far superior to many other places I've been to. The main guy actually looked over my slab just to make sure there wasn't any imperfections that could cause problems. They were also open and honest about the areas that were "filled in" during the manufacturing process. Note that all granite has been filled or fixed, you may not be aware of it. Not all shops point that out however. - If you use granite contractors from Tutto Marmo make sure you double check the status of their license. I almost got burned. They quickly removed that contractor from their file when it was brought to their attention. - Recommended. read more

I highly recommend Tutto Marmo; used them on a kitchen reno, and hands down, they had the best and nicest selection of marbles anywhere. People still talk about how beautiful the marble was in our last kitchen- striking and it was timeless. Fast forward to now, I regret that we didn't use them for the bathroom remodel in the house we live in now, as the 'less expensive' company I chose was unhelpful, disorganized and a nightmare (No exaggeration, the marble we purchased from the other guy was sold to someone else, and they didn't tell us). Picking slabs. Pretty impressive. This is the first time that I've dealt with Tutto Marmo. I found them while at Arizona Tile looking at slabs. They're very close together which is so convenient. I found their showroom to feature a lot of products. It was clean and uncluttered. A great place to get some ideas. They have a large selection of slabs and also some unique pieces. When I placed slabs on hold, I thought they had a great system of gathering all of the information needed. They have a handheld device that scans the slabs and saves the info into their computer. It was so quick and efficient!! I was out of there fast!! I will most definitely be back! read more

My husband and I have purchased quartzite slabs for our kitchen and our master bathroom. It can be overwhelming with so many different slabs to choose from. But then came Laura to the rescue. Once we picked the Taj Mahal there were many slabs of it and they moved and separated the many slabs so that we could look at each one of them. Also, we found that at most of the companies we had precviously looked at stone, the stone was located outside the building. Well our projects were inside so the lighting is completely different. We liked being able to have indoor lighting to see what the stone would truly look in our projects. Great experience and we would highly recommend Tutto Marmo!!! read more

I spent weeks in showrooms. In this review I will share two experiences to show you how Tutto Marmo stands out. I stumbled onto this showroom while I was browsing at Arizona Tile. I decided to cross the street and check them out. While Arizona tile has a very nice selection of granite, quartzite, marble and quartz and are very helpful and willing, Tutto Marmo has an even more stunning showroom and is by far the largest AND most IMPRESSIVE selection of top-of-the line granite, quartzite, and marble.. classy, exotic and chic. I have remodeled several rooms and have been shopping for countertops for years both in orange county and san diego. I puchased in full a very large stunning piece of quartzite for part of my kitchen at Tutto Marmo and left it there to sit until my kitchen was done. I bought and paid in full, a second piece of granite for the island of my kitchen from Bedrosians and left the granite at Bedrosians, just as I did with Tutto Marmo. Meanwhile I was having my kitchen cabinets installed and ran into legal issues with the company. We ended up in a huge dispute with the kitchen installers that took almost 2 years to resolve. Tutto Marmo never called me even once to nag me nor stress me out about when I was coming to pick up my purchase. Bedrosians called me a dozen times as well as emailed me and threatened on multiple occasions, even though they knew I was in a disupte with my kitchen installers, to charge me a FEE each month to keep my one piece of granite there. Finally, the manager at Bedrosians said if I did not come pick up the granite, that they had the right to sell it, even though it had been paid for in full at time of purchase!! So though the kitchen was not done yet, I was even more stressed out and forced to pick out a fabricator prematurely and have him pick up the order at Bedrosians. I was so worried that Tutto Marmo would also be uptight about holding my purchase. I called Tutto Marmo to tell them what I was going through and askled was it ok that I left my piece there. They were too kind and said never to worry. Tutto Marmo also gave me the name of a fabricator THEY themselves had used to install marble and granite in their OWN showroom. They knew the hell I was going through and said this fabricator was top notch. They also said they were accustomed to issues with delayed kitchens. They were so mature and proffesional about the whole thing. They would hold my piece as long as it took. I called and got a bid from the Fabricator as well as getting 5 more bids from others. His bid was equivalent and competitive asn the other bids. I decided to go with him BECAUSE Tutto Marmo spoke so highly of him and I could see his results at their showroom. This fabricator went to Bedrosians, to pick up the granite that Bedrosians were so stressed out to hold and when he called me bach he told me the piece I had paid for at Bedrosians, was actually on display in their showroom with a "For Sale" tag on it!!! He and I could not believe it! He said that their showroom was very sparce. I will never ever go back to Bedrosians. Bedrosians selection was very very small and limited and it was only a fluke that they had one single piece of granite that was very unique. The rest of Bedrosians supply was very unimpressive, their customer service was horrible and although they had a very large back room where pieces COULD be displayed, there is very limited pieces in it and tons of empty space. I always replied to Bedrosians when they called harrassing me, that they did not even have enough granite inventory to fill their backroom, so why were they hassling me? Bedrosians manager said that was not the point. At Tutto Marmo, I can guarantee you find fall in love with something and enjoy their customer service and helpfullness. By the way, the fabricator Tutto Marmo recomended was excellent. He was consistently kind, proffesional and superb job. He held the piece from Bedrosians for 6 months without even a deposit from me since he knew the hell I was going through with the kitchen installers and he never hassled me for money. So I also wish to share with you the fabricator Tutto Marmo shared with me. His name is Lorenzo and his company is called Sicillian Marble and Granite. Lorenzo and his wife are WONDERFUL. I was a little shell shocked by the time the kitchen was ready for fabrication of the pieces. There were a lot of decisions for the cuts for the 3 pieces and Lorenzo and his wife were patient and went over and above what it took to help me make the cuts and ensure my happiness. I could not be happier with the results of my kitchen. The quartzite cuts where the sink meets are far better than I expected, the metered edges are exceptional. A+ for Tutto Marmo, A+ for Sicilian Marble and Granite and D- for Bedrosians. read more

BUYERS BEWARE. When one is purchasing tile, one assumes the sales people helping you know what they're doing. That was not our experience at Tutto Marmo. We went in and immediately picked out a simple off-white floor tile for our bathroom, went and found a sales person and told her this is the tile we want. Since it was a Saturday she said she'd have to check for availability on Monday and would let us know. She then gave us a sample of the tile we had picked out. On Monday she called and said the tile was available and sent us a form to sign and a credit card form to send back to order the tile. Fast forward to 2 weeks later when we came home to see our tile contractor laying down STRIPED tile on our floor. Since none of the tile had been cut we had the contractor take the tile back immediately. Tutto Marmo's management refused to guve us a full credit for the tile even though none of the tile was used. They charged us $750 for a "restocking fee". Slimy, Slimy, Slimy. Be careful in dealing with these people. read more

I'm not the type to ever write reviews, but I just needed to let me people know about my experience at this establishment. I was referred here by a contractor who had said really positive things, and so I was initially very excited. When I got there, I felt that they were unhelpful and dismissive; almost like they didn't feel I was worthy of their attention or their time. Just because someone comes in and doesn't rush to pull out their wallet doesn't mean they don't deserve complete answers to their questions and the cold shoulder. The marble is nice (hence the second star) but for the prices you can definitely find much better and with customer service that is actually pleasant. read more
