I love this one for the master bathroom. Unique colors and one of a kind pieces

Maurice is the best. The biggest slabs I have ever seen. Easy to find the business and easy to park. large lot full of granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, and more. Maurice was excellent at assisting me in picking out a great product for my kitchen. This is the place for your remodel. Best selection of slabs in san diego.

Designer Quartz: Calacatta Supreme (New Arrival) This white calacatta quartz had great movement in the veining and bookmatched! Must see!!

Granix stone carries the Designer Quartz line! One of the few places to see their color line in San Diego! The new arrivals of the Designer Quartz 2021 colors are amazing. If you're renovating and don't know where to start the granix stone staff is very knowledgeable and carry the best selection of Quartz Countertops!

    great place for prefab.

After searching high and low, this is the best place for prefab granite. What's really nice about Granix is that they separate most of their prefab in creates which makes it very easy to see the product. Some places are all mix and match with no name tags. Granix has a good diversity of colors and many samples are from Brazil. - Ask for Michael. He's good, and goes the extra mile. - The quality of the stone here is superior to the prefab I've seen at other places. - Service is casual but efficient. No pressure sales like other prefab places. - They have contractors working there ( in some fashion ) for pricing quotes on fabrication and install. We went with one, message me if you want their name. - Don't waste your time down on Miramar road or "Prefab depots".

    Huge selection

I was at the Murrieta Home Depot when a guy told my wife and I about this place and having pre-fab countertops for $125... so you bet we rushed down there ASAP! The pre-fab selection is limited to like 3 or 4 colors, but the entire warehouse actually has a really good selection of countertops, tile, etc. Customer service here is really hit or miss. The first time, every other person wanted to help us... the third time, we just stood around for 20 minutes before we finally left because they were so busy. Either way, it's not a bad place to shop... but due to the fact that both of their recommended installers don't really want to make the 30 minute drive up north to do the job at our home, we're gonna have to find another shop closer to us.

Completed kitchen with Delicatus Brown granite from Granix.

Heidi, the owner, has clearly built an exceptional team that is easy to work with and consistently delivers high-quality results. She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project.  I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience.  I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. This is an amazing company filled with nice people who truly put the customer at the center of everything they do. I couldn't be happier with the final result. The kitchen looks fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to working with Pure Cabinets again on projects at my other properties. Highly recommend this top-rated team!

This time we wanted an Over the Range Microwave. We came in on Saturday, selected an open box microwave which appeared practically new, and discussed with Robert all the accessories it would come with. Robert stated the only thing it wouldn't come with was the box and instructions. He advised us we could pickup the microwave on Tuesday after 3pm. Later that evening my husband sent him an email confirming all the accessories it would come with. Days later Robert replied with a thumbs up (see attached photo). On Tuesday morning, my husband received a text message from Pacific Sales advising him the item was ready for pickup. We arrived after 3:00 and were immediately told our item was not ready. No one appeared to have known about it. We were then told someone could get it ready for us. Prior to them doing that we wanted to ensure we were getting the accessories. This is when everything went downhill. We found out the microwave did not come with several essential accessories (the turntable roller guide, grease filters, and more) Mind you this item was listed as "good" which means all the essential accessories should have been included. The associate helping us went to get the manager so we could discuss the situation. Annallee, the "Experience Manager", arrived about 20 feet away from us immediately shouting that the open box comes with whatever you see. There was zero professionalism in the way she initially spoke to us. I was surprised we didn't even get a "Hello". When she finally arrived in front of us, with an upside down name tag, mind you, we explained the situation. Instead of offering a sincere apology, she said "I wouldn't buy it if it were me." FYI we were the only customers in the store during that time. It was dead inside. Quickly after this, we went to the front desk and requested a refund. No one seemed to care or try to rectify the situation. At the very least they could have changed the open box label to "fair" instead of "good" since it was missing essential accessories. At the end of the day I simply cannot see how all of this happened and no one seemed to care. There was little professionalism despite the store being empty. I have seen other similar negative reviews and encourage you to find a place that values you as a customer when something goes wrong.
