Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience. I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. Some stone fabricators in San diego are incredibly pushy. 2) professional- in communication and in the way they do their operations. 3) high tech machinery and a clean cutting room. They let me see the cut template before cutting. 4) high attention to detail. 5) a proper itemized contract. Some contractors would just send me a text message with rates. That's not the way I want to do business, especially when thousands of dollars are being exchanged. The way they did quotes and contracts is what made me pull the trigger. This time we wanted an Over the Range Microwave. We came in on Saturday, selected an open box microwave which appeared practically new, and discussed with Robert all the accessories it would come with. Robert stated the only thing it wouldn't come with was the box and instructions. He advised us we could pickup the microwave on Tuesday after 3pm. Later that evening my husband sent him an email confirming all the accessories it would come with. Days later Robert replied with a thumbs up (see attached photo). On Tuesday morning, my husband received a text message from Pacific Sales advising him the item was ready for pickup. We arrived after 3:00 and were immediately told our item was not ready. No one appeared to have known about it. We were then told someone could get it ready for us. Prior to them doing that we wanted to ensure we were getting the accessories. This is when everything went downhill. We found out the microwave did not come with several essential accessories (the turntable roller guide, grease filters, and more) Mind you this item was listed as "good" which means all the essential accessories should have been included. The associate helping us went to get the manager so we could discuss the situation. Annallee, the "Experience Manager", arrived about 20 feet away from us immediately shouting that the open box comes with whatever you see. There was zero professionalism in the way she initially spoke to us. I was surprised we didn't even get a "Hello". When she finally arrived in front of us, with an upside down name tag, mind you, we explained the situation. Instead of offering a sincere apology, she said "I wouldn't buy it if it were me." FYI we were the only customers in the store during that time. It was dead inside. Quickly after this, we went to the front desk and requested a refund. No one seemed to care or try to rectify the situation. At the very least they could have changed the open box label to "fair" instead of "good" since it was missing essential accessories. At the end of the day I simply cannot see how all of this happened and no one seemed to care. There was little professionalism despite the store being empty. I have seen other similar negative reviews and encourage you to find a place that values you as a customer when something goes wrong.

Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

Let me start this review by saying you really don't want to ever have to call these guys. That…read moresaid, accidents happen, like maybe you're fooling around near the side of your house and you gently tap the "inspector's test valve" for your sprinkler system. Suddenly all heck breaks loose and you've now got several walls full of water. After realizing exactly what I had done (the fire alarm helped me understand), I called around all the big name companies that do this sort of water damage repair. The quotes I got were ridiculously HIGH. I decided to go local and gave Moe and his team (read: family) a call. Not only could they fit me into their schedule quickly, but they are also a one stop shop, meaning, when they leave your house, it looks just like it did before you broke your sprinkler pipe. Most of those big name companies require you to get someone else to do the drywall/painting part. All the Mold Safe guys that worked on the job were not only related to each other, they were also great workers and great people. They kept everything clean and showed up when they said they would. They kept me in the loop as to what was being done and explained anything I asked questions about. They dried the walls, cut out and replaced the wet drywall and added the matching orange peel texture when they did the final painting. Color matched, perfect finish. And when Ted was finished fixing the hole in the stucco left by the sprinkler system guy (yeah, it has to be a certified professional who fixes anything to do with your sprinkler system, not just any plumber), he went around my house with the left over spackle and fixed several other stucco dings in my house. Above and beyond. Like I said at the beginning, you really don't want to ever have to call these guys, but if you do find yourself in this sort of a situation, don't risk the mold, just call Moe. There's a reason they have dozens and dozens of 5 star reviews here. Highly recommended.

We had mold in our second story bedroom in the closet, ceiling, and floor due to an air conditioner…read morecondensation leak. After doing some research, I chose to contact Mold Safe Solutions. Chase came by the same day to assess the damage and had an estimate ready the very next day. I found the estimate and statement of work to be very professional and reasonable, and accepted it right away. Ted came and performed the work in multiple stages within the same week - demolition and clean-out, drywall replacement, and painting. He was thorough and searched for and treated mold in the carpet, along the walls, and even in the ceiling. Ted was very respectful to us and responsible, and was very knowledgeable. I felt peace of mind that our home would be in good shape thanks to Ted's quality of work. Micah also came with Ted one of the days and was also respectful, skillful and efficient. Gianna from the office was also very responsive and helpful. My wife told me she was impressed with how thorough Ted was. For example, he created a plastic wall to seal off the work area and prevented the rest of the bedroom from getting contaminated and dirty. We will definitely use Mold Safe Solutions for any future incidents that may come up and recommend them highly.

We truly appreciate the follow-through and the effort to make it right. While the process to get here was frustrating at times, the end result is what we had hoped for from the start. Thank you to the team for addressing our concerns. UPDATE/REPLY TO OWNER: After I posted this review, the owner replied and said that seam variation is normal and that they always try to make seams as minimal and consistent as possible. That all sounds reasonable -- but here's what the reply leaves out. The seam we're concerned about has visible glue residue and looks just like the others did, which they had already cleaned up successfully during the same install. The only difference? By the time we brought this one up, we'd already paid in full. We weren't asking for perfection -- just for this last seam to be finished to the same standard. Instead, we were told "nothing can be done," and no one even offered to come take a look. Honestly, it turned what had been a great experience into a really frustrating one. Most of the work looks good, but the way things were handled after the fact left us feeling like we weren't valued once the payment cleared. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We hired this company because of their excellent reviews, competitive pricing, and ability to work within our timeline -- and overall, we're somewhat happy with how the countertops turned out. When we met Steven, we emphasized how important it was to us that the seams be as minimal as possible. When we reviewed the templates, we raised concerns about one seam being placed in a very prominent location. We were told it had to go there, but that every effort would be made to minimize its appearance. During installation, the team was friendly and professional. On the first day, they noticed that the quartz pieces had some bowing issues (apparently, this can happen if the slabs are stored outside, which these were). The owner called to explain that they needed to correct the bowing to ensure the seams would be less noticeable. This adjustment delayed their initial timeline of 7 days after templating. The team added braces to the countertops and returned a few days later. There were additional delays getting the waterfall edges and windowsill installed, but once everything was in place, we were generally satisfied with the overall look. However, about a week later, we noticed one seam that stood out from the others -- visibly rougher and less refined. We contacted the owner and were told this kind of thing happens, that nothing could be done, and that even worse seams are displayed in their showroom. That response left us disappointed. Given how good the other seams looked, we were surprised at the lack of effort or interest in finding a resolution. If you hire Rock-It, we recommend staying engaged through the final details of the install. Be sure you're 100% satisfied before signing off and paying in full. We hope the company will take this kind of feedback to heart and continue to prioritize finish quality and post-install support.

I was looking for a lighter wood like tile that wasn't too blonde or too dark. Apparently that's a hard feat. Tom was very patient with my decisions or lack there of. I went back and forth a bunch of times before I went with the one I chose. I definitely recommend coming here for a personalized experience and more unique choices.

I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.

Here are a few things that set them apart from other contractors I interviewed: 1) responsive but not pushy. Some stone fabricators in San diego are incredibly pushy. 2) professional- in communication and in the way they do their operations. 3) high tech machinery and a clean cutting room. They let me see the cut template before cutting. 4) high attention to detail. 5) a proper itemized contract. Some contractors would just send me a text message with rates. That's not the way I want to do business, especially when thousands of dollars are being exchanged. The way they did quotes and contracts is what made me pull the trigger. They were mid point on price but for the service and quality you got, i felt it was a great value. I also love giving my money to a nice, hard working family. Thanks Sam, we will definitely use you again and recommend all our friends and family!
