We love Tutu School! My 3.5 yr old daughter joined in January and has loved going to Miss Kate's class on Monday mornings. The studio is cute, offers a lobby like area for parents to sit and enjoy watching their kids dance (and younger siblings run around) and feels upscale. Their membership package allows for make up classes, which is smart given that kids get sick often, so we can use the full extent of our membership each month. Came to a trial class for a mom meet up. The atmosphere was perfect and just what I imagined. They were amazing hosts and we had an amazing instructor. Do not go here. I had a very disappointing experience with this ballet school. I didn't not feel that staff was friendly or welcoming, which made the environment uncomfortable. It was difficult to ask questions or feel supported. On top of that, the class availability was extremely limited and inflexible, making it hard to find times that worked with my schedule. Overall, I expected a more positive and professional atmosphere and was really let down. She is very sweet and great with kids! I love that she makes every class exciting. My daughter is 20 months now, but she started right at 18 months. I was glad to find a location that had classes for her age. First of all, it's the cutest little studio. When you walk in you immediately want to take pictures. It's very inviting and beautiful! They have books in the little waiting area and we appreciate that they are diverse & inclusive. Second, the teachers clearly love children. We've seen 2 teachers so far. They are both engaging and patient, but at the same time firm with the teaching of actual ballet. Third, the customer service has honestly been exceptional. Whenever I've had a question, they are quick to answer whether by email or in-person.
