I checked 3 places that can alter my suits and this shop was my favorite. Den was professional straight forward with dealing my issue with great customer service and precise. The prices was affordable for the sleeve is long a trim is $50 for the jacket and $10 for the pants trim of the length. The turn around js fast I drop it Thursday's and I was able to get it Tuesday next week. The fitting wqs perfect and loving it. I will come again for any future alterations. Thank you Den !! We had visited other locations to find a prom tuxedo for my son. We stopped here on a recommendation from a friend. The place doesn't have stylish decorations. But it has the most important thing, great service. They treated my son as he was the most important customer of the day. They treated him like an adult and provided him with stylish options. As the professionals of tuxedos, they guided him to great options that matched his requirements. And the prices were far less than other locations. Last year we went to Men's Warehouse. It was expensive and the quality was lower. This year we definitely upgraded by getting a tuxedo here. We will be back to buy a suit. Thanks for making prom outstanding! read more

My husband has used Tuxedos on Broadway twice now for rentals -- once for our friends wedding in which he was a groomsman and the other for our wedding. Both times, he wore a suit/tux that fit him beautifully. We also had all of our groomsmen rent from here and Scott was able to coordinate all of their suits even though most of them live out of town! We were so pleased with Scott that I also had my dress preserved through Tuxedos on Broadway. Recently, we realized we wanted to buy a suit so we tried to go to Men's Wearhouse but had a horrible experience. Scott was able to get my husband a suit for much cheaper than Men's Wearhouse and offered to have it altered on time for our next wedding thag we'll be attending -- and said that if he couldn't get it done in time, he'd lend us a suit in the meantime. The owner was very professional and did a great job accommodating my requests (which were more than I would have liked, thanks to those placed on me by the wedding parties (yes, plural) I was in.) He gave me lots of personal attention and tips, which were of great help. I'm no expert on tuxes or tailors, but I enjoyed the experience and would much prefer supporting a local business to a chain. Super unprofessional; BEWARE! We had to move our entire wedding party to another shop just 10 days prior to the wedding. Not only were they severely understaffed for a Sat, but nothing was actually put in writing about the pricing, deposits, cancelation fees...etc. We lost our $200 deposit when we canceled, yet we never acknowledge or signed anything. The pricing was discussed, but when it came time to pay the price was not what was discussed and nothing in writing. Trying to get things worked out turned out to be an even bigger mess and they failed to respond almost as if they knew it would put us in a bind. These guys may work out for some, but in our case it was a disaster and they robbed us of $200. read more

Great customer service!!! This was my first time renting a tux and Scott was very, very helpful in showing me options and advising me. During my final fitting, Dean was a pro and detailed oriented. On the day I was to pick up my tux, Dean had a personal incident come up and he called me that morning to let me know that he would have to close up for a few hours.
