I called him 2 days before I needed the service and he scheduled me for the exact day and time I asked. Fast forward to my move day. They called and asked if they could come earlier which was great for me. Carlos showed up with a bunch of tools. He came in and I showed him what I had and what I wanted. He explained things about my mount and listened to where I wanted the mount and why. He added his suggestions which were much appreciated. If I was asking for something that might turn out ugly or not in a good spot, he would explain why it wasn't a good idea BUT he never made me feel like I was wrong or like he wouldn't do what I asked. He would have mounted it on the ceiling if that's what I wanted. He mounted a 50 inch TV and a 2 component shelf in probably 45 minutes. He even helped me with my DVD player problem and showed me to use the firestick without wires showing. I can't have them mount without wires because I live in an apartment complex and we aren't allowed to rewire and put holes in the walls. Anyway, he told me exactly what to do to cover the wires the best. I felt really comfortable with him and he was so helpful. He really went above and beyond. I literally cannot understand any review that says anything negative about him. I can't see him being anything but pleasant and willing to help even if you have outrageous or dumb ass requests. I've already referred someone to him and he's only been gone a half hour. From the owner to the technician, my experience was completely hassle free and I'm very happy with my mount and the service I was provided. I hired Shannon and Elden to install 5 speakercraft speakers in the ceiling. These are specialty speakers only available through certified dealers. There are a lot of knockoffs, these speakers come with a lifetime warranty as long as they're bought through their dealer network. Shannon being a dealer got me the exact speakers I was looking for, and offered instalation. I'm not familiar with installing speakers in the ceiling. I was about to hire a guy who said he tears up the drywall and patches it but doesn't paint it. No matter what, if you tear up the drywall, patch it and paint it. It's never going to look original. I spoke to Shannon, got me a fair price for the speakers and labor. As you can see from the pictures, he installed the speakers (without tearing up my drywall) and it looks factory original. 5 stars all the way. Calling him back for my patio speakers next.

Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
