Have enjoyed going to this place until today. Took my mom for pedi since I knew it would be quality service and atmosphere. But that wasn't the case today and I won't be going back anytime soon. One lady got up more than once to take phone call on personal cell while giving a pedicure. Then proceeded to talk on cell loudly while doing pedicure. Then one lady took a call while doing pedicure then got up several times to run to register although no one was there. And even stopped the pedicure to text or something. Pretty sure they got mad when my mom and I commented about the rudeness. We weren't offered any drinks while lady next to us was ... just not the service I've come to know and enjoy. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I never leave reviews on yelp being a small business owner myself, I know the detrimental recourse that reviews can have. I am giving this salon a two star review because the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and I did get the best pedicure I've ever had by Leanne. Unfortunately I had the worst set of nails put on my fingers I have ever had in my life. I opted to add on a regular acrylic tips it to my fingers, the menu said $30. I was given a ring of colors to choose from not knowing they were gel and definitely not aware of the $25 up charge. No prep was given to my nails, no cuticle cutting, no moisturizer, not even nail polish remover (and I actually had clear coat on some nails!). Attached I have posted the reference photo, what I left the salon with, the cut that is still on my thumb six days later and what my nails look like today. The technique in which she applied the acrylic was absolutely atrocious, my nails were so uneven and they were all different lengths as well. I wanted a natural oval shape and left with thick pink Easter eggs- some that were square! The index finger was so crooked and square, I had to come home and file them all myself. The worst part about the process was AFTER my nails were already painted and near completion, she PUSHES BACK MY CUTICLES WITH HER OWN FINGERNAIL. It was unhygienic, painful and plain gross. It looked like I needed a fill already when I got in the car to leave. Imagine my surprise when I get up to the counter to discover the $25 up charge for gel...$55 dollars for this mistake. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and my nails have always turned out good I usually only get a pedicure but service and all usually is good buttt about 3 weeks ago I went and decided to try something new and get my hands and feet done. Tina did my pedicure, my toes turned out good but I didn't get the actual pedicure done she skipped over that for whatever reason, then she takes me to do my hands and lm getting indecisive on if I really want to do my hands since I really came for the pedicure and I didn't receive that, I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted and she said I can do that exactly and was bragging on herself and so I was excited and then she starts to do them and she's falling asleep! The nails were bending and peeling up I told her she said oh and did nothing then proceeded to do the nails and when I noticed they weren't anywhere near what I asked for she said oh but this is better for you. So I was upset they turned out bad my cuticles weren't pushed back or anything it looked like I needed a fill right then, so then I got my eyebrows waxed which went good and then I get to the front to pay and she charged me $144 and I was like how the pedicure I want is like 32 and my nails should have been 50and then eyebrows for 12 and then for them coming off and I'm telling her she didn't do my pedicure she just painted my toes and she said no I do exactly and was arguing with me and then she says oh I have 10% off for you today and then after tax I pay still just about that price and then I leave and a nail already popped off opening the car door and the rest were off within 5 days! 11 days ago I made an appointment with Tammy for my birthday photoshoot nails. I expressed I only wanted her to do my nails after a not so great experience with another tech. My appt was for 10am, I received a call at 10:01 as I was pulling up that Tammy had 2 people ahead of me somehow already this morning and if I wanted her I would have to come back for 2:30pm. I hired a babysitter just so I could get my nails done and could not extend her hours. They told me they could still get me in with another tech though. I expressed my disappointment but agreed to another tech as this is the only time I have to get them done before the shoot and have had this day planned for almost 2 weeks. The tech that worked on me did great on my pedicure but my nails are not what I requested. The shape and length are uneven and bulky on some sides and I'm just very disappointed with them. Everyone was polite and nice but I wanted beautiful nails for my birthday and didn't receive them. I still paid and tipped appropriately because she did spend her time on me, I just won't come again if they can't guarantee Tammy can take me. read more

I went to TV Nails Bar on Friday 4/5/24, I got a pedicure and my nails done, the lady took her time doing my pedicure and I was happy with that, as she was half way through my pedicure and she started on my nails and she did a quick job on my nails, I had nothing to rest my hands on until she got to polishing them and she used a pillow, she didn't even put my hands under the dryer, and she finished my nails just before the lady finished polishing my toes, that's how fast she did my nails, I left and the next day I noticed the polish was smeared on two nails and Sunday one nail started lifting up, I went back Tuesday she fixed the polish but only put glue on my nail to hold it down she knew that wasn't going to last long, on Friday the nailed lifted right back up I went back and she did a quick fix with some acrylic the nail lifted back up and I called she said come back and she would take the nail off and redo it, so it's Monday and another nail came completely off,it doesn't make any sense when she should have done that in the first place. Really she should have said come back tomorrow for your nails since it's late and I'm tired I would have respected that, but to spend $80 and the nails didn't last a week read more

I am so disappointed in this place- this was my third time here- and each time the work was adequate. Today I went in for a simple acrylic nail look - I showed my technician a photo of what I wanted. The nails that I got are uneven, not equal in length and all of the powder she used is caked on underneath my nail bed & around my cuticles. These nails are some of the worst I've ever had. Then - as I was checking out- I was given a grand total of $60- - When I questioned this- I was told that solar & gel were more expensive- neither of which were requested by me. It's a simple look- one that could've been completed with SNS powder (or just regular nail polish)- I am not even certain I got Gel or Solar powder- And according to their "Nail Menu" the price should have been $47- which is what I was expecting to pay. Again- when I brought this up- I got an argument. I won't argue with the management- I'll just fair warn anyone who comes here that this place is over priced- and they didn't even do a good job. I won't be back- please look at the photos below of all of the trash and gunk left under my nail by the powders they used- and again- EACH NAIL IS A DIFFERENT LENGHT AND NONE ARE SYMETRICAL! Booked two appointments for myself and my mom for pedicures and dip. We got our pedicures and they started on my nails. My mother sat with her hands in acetone for over and hour with no one to do her dip. She walked out without getting her nails done. Walk-ins were taken before they even attempted to finish her service. The receptionist is terrible! She obviously has no concept of how to properly run an appointment book. She also spoke poorly of other clients in front of us! They made absolutely no attempt to make it right! If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and find another salon.
