Great customer service. Didn't even need to come to my house. My mother-in-law is hard of hearing, so my father-in-law cranked the TV 3 times louder than we normally do for a football game. Just to give you an idea of how loud it was, I was upstairs with 2 doors closed and could still hear it pretty well. Needless to say, they killed the speakers on my flat screen. I got a sound bar a few days later to correct the problem, but I still heard a pretty loud noise coming from the sound bar even with my TV speakers off. I talked to Mike from TvXpertz and he contacted me within an hour telling me he might help me over the phone. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed for free. I set an appointment with Mike and recieved an email confirmation on the appointment. Mike showed up right on time, and began by introducing himself. He assessed the area where I wanted the TV mounted and gave me his Professional opinion on how and where the TV should be mounted which I gladly accepted. The installation could have been quite complex for most due to the cross bracing in the wall, but with Mike's evident experience he was able to quickly move around the bracing to install the electrical outlet. Mike was very professional from beginning to end. He quoted me within hours of my request through yelp and is price was very competitive with the other installers. The difference was with how thorough he was in explaining what exactly was going to be done and what was included in the quote. I had him install my 65" Samsung 4K LED and a vizio soundbar. I wanted it to be installed with concealed wires. He came during the time he said he would and got right to work. All the wires were neatly tucked in the wall with an A/V plate for a very professional look. He even cleaned up and swept the floors after the install. I like to have my tv on a pullout mount when I want to get behind the tv and they said no problem and installed it. I wanted an extra HDMI cable and they charged me a few more bucks and they put it in. Better then going to go buy one And later fishing it through the hole. He answered every question I had. Very satisfied with all the work that we are going to have more TVs mounted.
