There were comfy benches to wait on until our turn. When our name was called, we were given the rental shoes and headed to our lane. We didn't really know how to play or use their electronic scoring system. Thankfully, the employee helped explain it to us. It was very easy to use once we got the hang of it! I really enjoyed the bowling experience and the smaller bowling balls were easier to use than I thought they would be! I appreciated how clean and tidy and well run this bowling alley is! As parent volunteer leaders, we have to deal with a lot of different vendors and Jessica really stood out with her amazing customer service. We had a mix up with an outside vendor and we found ourselves without the Photo Booth we expected. Jessica immediately stepped in and set up a ring light and props - without me even asking.
