I was a little desperate and tried on several backpacks while in REI, but none fit me as well as my trusty Jade 38. Also, most of the backpack frames now are too large to conform to the carry on restrictions. Next, I brought it to a local shoemaker, but he didn't have the proper equipment to sew the backpack. Luckily, someone at the Gregory warranties department, suggested sending my pack to Peter and Sons. Well, not only did the shipping and repairs take less than a week, my pack is usable again!
